3 RV Parks near Falfurrias, Texas
Mar 2019 - $30.00
The back in site we were provided was exceptionally quiet, since it was backing onto the "associated" golf course. Sites were an appropriate length for our travel trailer/truck and were grass and relatively level. No picnic tables, but a concrete slab for the patio. Shower or bathroom facilities available at the well-maintained pool; but I have to say the laundry WAS THE CLEANEST we have ever encountered. Country Club-Activity Center was comfortable and had a perpetual flow of coffee. The gardens, grass, and trees we well developed and impeccably kept. FHUs properly designed for easy hookups. WiFi worked well; but was throttled after 250MB daily, A camper needed to purchase additional daily or weekly use if one wonated more than just email access. However, the log-in interface was a "bear" to log in and get working. I kludged through it on day one but gave up on day two and went to my Verizon Hotspot. Apparently the WIFI is managed by another firm and calling that firm's tech support was totally useless. OTA Antenna stations come in well. Verizon cell service is excellent. The location is near a quaint small town in SO. Texas. The campground is owned by two exceptional and friendly folks, who take great pride in being welcoming and creating a very pleasant place to camp. The campground maintenance and friendliness of the occupants made the stay delightful. Overall exceptional, although a love of golf might attract you even more. - michaelsutton

This is a well taken care of park owned by a very nice couple. They really pay attention to the maintenance here. The only thing that is missing is an off leash dog run. Wifi works very well, At&t signal is barely usable, Verizon signal is strong. Our site was huge length wise with plenty of room to park both in front and behind once set up. The town does not have much to offer. The interior roads are quite narrow and you have to drive on the grass to make most of the turns. Nice quiet park for the short or long term stay. - Ghettomedic

We were greeted warmly by the owner of the park. He escorted us to our site which was long enough for our 42 ft. fifth wheel and truck (no need to unhook). The park is very clean and well cared for and the owner was very helpful. As previously mentioned, he stayed with us until we were hooked up to utilities to be sure everything was working. The park was full of fruit trees (tangerines, Texas lemons, grapefruit and pecans) which we were welcome to pick. We were only there for one night but I will definitely stay here again. Such a welcoming atmosphere. - Marge G

Lovely park. Easy in and out. Has artificial turf that is well-maintained and adds greatly to the appearance of the park. Much better than sticker grass that we have found in other parks. Park was ok with our dog urinating on it because it was gravel under the turf. - luckytraveler
Feb 2019 - $31.00
The rate reflected the weekly rate of $220. It's a very nice park with nice amenities. Spaces are tight but spacious enough. Most RV's here are long term local workers. - RJ56
Nov 2018 - $40.00
Very nice small park, owners must have great pride in the condition of park. Great dog park and nice area for me to have a cigar, the area for smoking is covered and quite nice. Pool area is first class. The first 4 lines of many pads each have concrete pads and then they are gravel but overall a very nice park - vern bauch
