The owner of the cabins is not the same person as the owner of the RV Park. That being said, if you rent a cabin, be aware that the owner drops by without notice and enters the cabin whether you are there or not. - Pipeliner59

We stayed six nights. The owner-managers are extremely courteous and helpful. Keep in mind that this is West Texas and this is a new park, thus the landscaping is almost non-existent. But, all else is first rate. Good voltage on the AC. Excellent water pressure. Sites are reasonably level and i'm understanding that more work is to be done on the pads. All sites are pull-thru and plenty long for my 37' motorhome, jeep and a visitor. There is a nice flagstone patio at each pad and a quite wide space between pad sits that will be very nice once planted with grass. It is very quiet here although the park is just off of U.S. 87. It is just far enough away that the traffic is not bothersome. The area and skies are dark and this gives a nice country atmosphere. It is about 5.5 miles into the main area of Big Spring so everything is accessible in town. - Captain Justice

This is a brand new park (8/18). In fact, they are still working on it. Nice pull-thru's. Reasonably sized spaces. A bit unlevel (2" required on one side). Convenient hook-up's. My biggest complaint is the voltage. 112 volts in a brand new park??? This just shouldn't be. I will say that it was 98*, but that is not at all unusual for West Texas. - RCH

Very low volts and burned up microwave oven. I reported low volts to office, never got a response. Park has trash, bottles, cigarette buts all over the grounds and apparently no yard care. Very trashy RV park but nice receptionists in office. Will never stay here again. It is 99% long term trailers and campers with lots of junk. Only one positive is that the park is near the highway. Gravel, burs, dirt, unkept streets and no maintenance. - Oooooooo

NO LONGER a Good Sam RV Park. Stayed there two different nights. First night, the spot I was put in only had 104 volts AC, too low for the protection circuitry to connect. Second spot had 112 volts, so it was OK, but the valves on the 1-to-4 water manifold wouldn't turn. I finally used a wrench to get one to turn on. The sewer was an open pipe that was clogged with weeds and grass, so I didn't even try using it. Before I left I made reservations for the return trip, but when I arrived at 4 PM on a Saturday, the office was closed and my spot was taken (sign says Saturday hours are 10-5). There was no telephone answer, or message, or emergence contact. or map with my name on it. Another family was there and in the same fix. Fortunately, the spot I had previously was still open, so I just used it. I didn't try the cable, and the wi-fi never worked. This is predominantly for long-term folks, not overnight campers. My advice would be to stay away from this place. If you're desperate for a spot and need to stay there, be sure to call IN ADVANCE, and try to arrive before they close the office for the day. AWAY. - bushmg

The park is large with a lot of long term tenants. Wifi reception is poor, the bathrooms and showers were bad. Cable connections, but no cable. - Cape Coral Cruiser
