Apr 2018 - $44.00
Stayed Dec 2017 thru April 2017. What a great place. Outstanding WiFi and 'good cable'. It's gonna get busy when they finish the water park and stuff across the street. Very friendly and responsive managers and owners. Close to interstate. Will def return in the fall for our winter in Texas. - TXTread
Feb 2018 - $20.00
Very nice park. The swimming pool is rather small. The patio is small and in a strange location: it does not match up to a motorhome door or a fifth wheel door. Site surface is a concrete pad and offers a patio. - Concept
Nov 2017 - $46.00
This is our 2nd stay, a one night stop on the way to south Texas for the winter. Easy access from Hwy 59 / I-69. This park is a good value based on the area it is in. Good satellite and over 100 cable tv channels. good Verizon service. Grass has filled in. Very nice dog park. Reservations would be suggested for a one night stop, as the park is almost sold out tonight. - johnwadams

Jul 2013 - $30.00
I have stayed here for several months and enjoyed it. It is close to stores and wal-mart is only a few miles away. They have a nice park and pavilion. Free wi-fi and cable. The park in under new management and has cleaned it up. The manager is very nice and helpful. There are a lot of full-timers and have several overnight sites. I would recommend this park. - Travelwonder
Jan 2013 - $15.00
Rate indicates the PA rate. This is not much of an RV park, but a trailer park. There are about 3 or 4 sites he keeps available for overnight stays. I don't have a problem with this if a park is clean, but this one is not. There was garbage strewn about in our site that no one bothered to clean up. There is other trash throughout the park, such as mattresses and toilets. The laundry was just okay, not very clean at all. The owners are nice and very helpful. We would stay there again in a pinch, which was what we were in. If you are looking for a nice park in a nice area, this is not it. - AnnetteE
Dec 2010 - $15.00
Mostly full-time residents with none of the "normal" camping amenities or functions made this merely a stopping point in route elsewhere. Camp hosts were full timers and very nice and helpful. Facilities off noisy highway and residential disputes added character but would disturb anyone looking for restful sleep during what should have been quiet hours. Park served its purpose and was easy access. Will not return. - kwdleo

We have stayed at this park many times over the years. Although new parks are springing up allover this park keeps it's rates near the best in the area, yet keeps park extremely clean and well maintained. Family owned and managed, three members in the park all the time assuring RVers are treated right. - arktvlr1
Oct 2017 - $24.00
Great management, very helpful, very nice club house and restrooms and showers, walking through the park was nice, nothing we would change. Worth every penny spent. Will stay there again. - Soup
Apr 2017 - $36.00
We truly enjoyed our stay at this park - we're full time RV'ers so we know we know a good park when we find one! We found the owners were onsite & very involved in making sure we were happy - we had a problem hooking up to TV & once we contacted the office they had someone help us immediately. Turned out our cable was bad so they loaned us another. No problem after that. WiFi was strong & there was plenty of room on our pull thru site for our 40' motor home towing our SUV. Love everything about this park including the ducks! We thought we were only going to stay four nights but ended up needing a fifth night for which the office was very accommodating. The pool has been refurbished & looks very nice. The laundry room was the cleanest we've used & even had an area to sit & read a magazine or a book while we waited for clothes to wash/dry. We'll definitely be back soon & have highly recommended this park to others! - TexasRV-er

Dec 2018 - $50.00
Delightful RV Park. It was easy to navigate and the sites were super easy to get into. They had a secured overflow area which was a good surprise. The laundry area was a comfortable size for the park and easy to walk to from our site. They remembered their four legged visitors and provided doggie bags and waste bins. Office staff was friendly and very helpful. - witchey1
May 2018 - $46.00
Although higher price than other campgrounds, this one is beautiful with lots of trees, nice pool, full hookup pull through with cable and wi-fi. Stayed over a long weekend to see family in the area ~ will return. - AJShelton
Apr 2018 - $52.00
We stayed two nights. There is good signage and it's easy to find. Staff is very pleasant. Easy to navigate a big rig in the park. The roads and pads are concrete. The utilities are toward the back of our pull through site, but worked well. The wifi was difficult to sign up, but worked well. Verizon signal was okay. The cable is not digital and is grainy on all channels. The channels on our HD antenna were grainy as well. There were few trees so the satillite worked well. This is a very attractive campground. We would definitely stay again. - FSUWizard

Like the one from Sept. said. this is a dump would not stay again one trailer had a tarp over the side and one had the side tore off about 3 foot from the rear. We made reservation on the phone because it would be close when we got there lady said to call if we needed any thing after hours, we did and she never did get back to us - LannyH
Sep 2018 - $20.00
More than one entrance. If you take the one GPS leads you to, you will have to wind through the flea market parking. Office not easy to find unless you come in the one specific entrance. Wifi non existent - only got it to show up once on the list and never could get connected. Concrete pad, but very narrow and drop offs on both sides. Lots of old crappy long term rv's on site. Our site was part rock, part mud and part long weeds. Stayed only one night but would not stay again. - rcf
May 2016 - $20.00
This is an excellent park in a country setting. It is just north of the busy city of Houston and close to everything. Easy on and of HWY 59. We are full timers and have been her for over 6 months. Nice quiet atmosphere. Only gave it an 8 out of 10 because there are no showers and no concrete pads. Great pond stocked with bass!!! The monthly rate is $400 and that includes everything. No other charges. - SGTABN82

Nov 2018 - $35.00
This park is a great place for a stopover. It was the most affordable in Northern Houston. It is primarily used by full timers. The pads are gravel and spaced close together. The park was close to full. Not a place for a destination as some very old and worn units reside here. On the other hand the monthly rate is less than $500.00 so it's much more affordable than regular apartments. All RV amenities worked well. - WeGo2See
May 2015 - $35.00
We would never, ever stay in this park again. It is home to many down on their luck residents. The website is misleading. There are no trees in that park, no families enjoying a meal, not anything. - normajmoore
Jan 2013 - $19.00
Our first time here. Close to kids living in Kingwood. Basic stopover spot but not a "destination" park unless you have things to do away from the campground. Utilities were good. We did not use cable which is available for $$. Wi-Fi was spotty but our phone card worked well. Only real problem was that there were some major potholes right at the junction of the campground roads and the highway. This can rock your unit if you are not careful. We'll definitely use the park again. The Passport America rate makes it a good alternative to more expensive nearby parks. - Grumpier99

Apr 2016 - $50.00
Washer and dryer was the only amenity available that I could see. Park looks neglected. Drove through and did not want to stay, not even for a night. It was just as well, there wasn't an office, only a phone number to call. - Cathryn
Mar 2016 - $40.00
Beautiful and tranquil park. A country setting. My wife and I have been at this park for 3 yrs. and we love it here. The owners are exceptional, friendly, professional, and run the park by the rules. The owners properly maintain the park and keep it clean. My wife feels at home and safe at this park. And we sleep peacefully at night. I would recommend this park to anyone looking for a nice quiet country setting. We have never had problems at this park & that's important to us. It has a family community feeling. The owners make you feel at home. If we ever have to move, this would be a park of my choice to return to. Thank you Country Quest RV Park for all you do and making us feel at home. - James Hanzi
Dec 2014 - $35.00
Stayed for a short time. There aren't any amenities to note. There is one washer and dryer. Wi-Fi is advertised but unavailable. There isn't a picnic area to speak of, just a big grassy area lacking tables and grills. Sites aren't clearly marked and the driveway and sites have large rocks throughout. Very difficult to walk without twisting an ankle. Manager is not on site. This park is being advertised as new and growing. Not sure when the improvements will occur, have been told by locals that no changes have been made for the past couple of years. Would not dream of staying again. - Cathryn

Feb 2018 - $45.00
Stopped for one night while traveling east from Waco. This park is only 2 years old and is still under development. The roads and parking spaces are concrete. Sites are level and all seem to be pull thru and they are fairly close together. Utilities are well placed. Do not rely on GPS to get you there based on the street address. You must exit RT 105 onto a frontage road to get to the RV park entrance. GPS will put you onto Texas 59 and you will see the RV park as you pass by. The only other negative is the driveway from the frontage road into the RV park is full of potholes, some very large. - Allure470
Jul 2017 - $47.00
Pit bulls are allowed. Washers and dryers are gritty as people wash their shoes in them(I saw this) Lots of loud pickups that woke me more than once. People are allowed to leave item outside their RV...items like laundry soap, children's toys, shoes, towels. Way too expensive! $435/mo + my electric was $121. for one month. - Sharonc

May 2018 - $45.00
We stayed a month, so received the monthly rate of $495 instead of the Good Sam discount of $45 nightly. The location drew us here, as it is close to family in Kingwood, TX. The sites are large and pull through was easy, for our 40' bus. This RV Park is secluded, but close enough to shopping for a quick trip. The grounds were greening up, as much of the landscape had just been put in, and the flowers around the pool and clubhouse were beautiful. The clubhouse was open 24/7 with a code, which was great for both access and security. We enjoyed the treadmills and bikes a few times. The laundromat was clean, with a nearby lounge with TV, and not far from the pool and gym. The pool has gorgeous tile, and the patio furniture was comfortable with umbrellas for shade. The WiFi signal was strong and reliable. I appreciated the security gate the most, as we frequently left the rv to visit family, and sometimes I stayed alone. The 'neighbors' were friendly, but we didn't feel crowded or watched. We're going back for a month in October! - Tim and Lisa
Mar 2018 - $35.00
New park, long concrete sites that accommodates 45 foot rig and car/truck. Beautiful pool and club house. Very large dog run. Friendly staff. - Wemfire
Mar 2018 - $32.00
This is a new park, actually some site pads were still under construction during our visit. Pads are all concrete and very level. Very nice pool and hot tub. Great restrooms and showers. Laundry is nice but washers and dryers are $1.75 - highest cost I've yet seen in any park. Nice kitchen and small gathering area for guests and a nice library with a computer. GREAT free wifi throughout the park. Owner wants this park to be a "resort" but has left out the important resort amenities; No gathering areas for live music and dancing; no areas suitable for game night and card players; no area suitable for potluck dinner gatherings; no pickleball court; no horse shoe pits, etc. There are, however, two bocce ball courts next to the pool. Maybe some of the outdoor activities I've mentioned are planned for the future, I didn't ask. Another negative is how the electrical pedestals and patios are laid out. One electrical pedestal services two RVs. But, all RVs face the same direction, so, one site has to run the electrical cord under the RV to reach the pedestal. So you need a cord that is a least 25 feet long and you are constantly having to watch out for the cord when you are on the door side of your RV. The patios were poured as part of the site pad. But, for some reason they poured the patios toward the front of the site. So it is impossible, because of the position of the water and sewer hookups, to get the patio anywhere close to your door and awning area. But, all-in-all this is a very nice park and I would definitely stay here again. - littleapple
