Stayed here because of affiliation with Coast to Coast. This is a member only park. A large ranch-style property with numerous camp sites of packed earth and grass. Picnic tables and some shade trees are at most sites. Electric poles and water spigot designate camp sites. No sewer. Dump stations located in park. Bath houses are close to each section of the campground. There are 5 major campgrounds on the property. One is surrounded by the 9 hole golf course. A large, spring fed swimming pool with a snack bar is available. Office staff is very friendly. No cable or OTA available. Clear skies for satellite reception and night sky viewing. Sporadic AT&T cell service. Somewhat consistent at the pool. Less so at my camp site D95. Many camp sites are pull thru to accommodate a 40' Class A towing an 18' car hauler. My camp site, D95, was a short walk to the bath house and was mostly level. I could maneuver enough to find the most level area before deploying my leveler jacks and still be close to electric pole and water. Many campers have a 4-wheel A TV to get from pool to their camp site. Designated ATV trails marked for use. A basic campground for getting away from it all. Interior roads are packed earth and can be navigated with a large motorhome towing a trailer. Probably won't stay here again. - kihei7

This is a different kind of place. Sites are not clearly defined; just go find a pedestal with water faucet and set up your rig. Park carefully to avoid leveling problems. There are a variety of sites from river bottom to ridge top, some with a bit of shade and some in the open. One section is adjacent to the golf clubhouse and the greens. The roads are dirt/sand that are in pretty good shape. After recent heavy rains, the graders were out repairing damage. Wildlife is abundant with White-tail Deer and Mule Deer, Turkeys, and Bobwhite Quail frequently seen in the camping areas.
A wonderful set of walking trails is accessed from near the pool. Staff was more than friendly and helpful. I was able to check out a gate key so that I could get back in when returning late from an all day trip to Caprock Canyons State Park. Very good WiFi is available at the golf clubhouse and the entry office. Verizon signal is weak on the ridges and dead in the valley. Restrooms were clean and functional but could use an upgrade. There are no sewer hookups - just two dump stations, both of which would benefit from some repair work. Nights were nice and quiet. Rate is for Coast to Coast. I hope to camp here again. - Morpauwe

Really off the beaten path but worth it if that's what you want. Very much "in the woods" but so quiet and peaceful. We were the only ones for the first night being off season so we had the run of the place so to speak. Lot was hard packed and fairly level. Beautiful pool area that's spring fed. Even as far out as it was we were still able to pick up TV through the antenna. Just be home before dark because dirt and gravel roads are kind of tricky on a bike! - deandcstaylor
