Small park, very rustic and private. Owner so friendly and accommodating. Lots of mesquite trees, pretty level sites, and very quiet. Best WiFi I have encountered in a long time. - TXTread

I am giving this park a 4 only because for the price $450 a month with no Wi-Fi, cable,, showers or bathrooms available. All you get is just a hook up to electric, water, and sewer. It's a new clean park. Owners are nice, but this is close to Beeville and if your coming to the area be prepared to pay, and pay, and pay, the oil field is here and they can't keep hotels and RV places built fast enough. So go on down to Corpus or Port A and enjoy the beach don't stop here. - tizwhizkid

Great park, has all the hookups; level, roomy, gravel sites; easy to manuever even a big rig. The big chuckhole at the entrance has been resolved but the asphalt interior roads are starting to show use. The park seems to be managed by mostly by remote control but it worked fine for us. There are park hosts if a real person is needed. Wifi is pretty incredible for an RV park. And, you just can't beat the value. - fulltimer121

Rate reflects Passport America discount. The turn onto Michael St. is very small and had a very large chuck hole in the center but we were able to maneuver without incident. Checked in with the owner, a very friendly gentleman, and he told us to choose any site we wanted. We chose #11, a long pull-though with parking on pea gravel that was fairly level. Angels is a work in progress for the young owners who have a lot of plans in the works, including changing the material for the parking pads. There are several full-time/long term residents but the maintain their sites very well. The WiFi is excellent (the best we have had in a long time) as is the view to the south for strong DTV satellite reception. There are no bathrooms or showers at this time but they are planning to build them in the near future. Very good 50 amp electrical service with adequate water pressure. We will stay here again. - StarlifterFE

Stayed here for a couple of nights. The park is well maintained and clean. There were a couple of RVs in the park that I was surprised to see given the parks stated rules but it did not impact on my overall impression of the park. The owner and/or manager was very pleasant to deal with over the phone, he told us to pick a site and get set up before calling him to register. The Wi-Fi has a strong signal and seems speedy enough. The cable has a fair amount of choices with good picture quality. I wish the park would have provided a guide to the cable channels, but that is a small point I suppose. In addition to Passport America the park also offers discounts to Military (past & present) although I am not sure of the rate. I would certainly stay here again when traveling through the area. - Chalkie
