Easy on and off of the interstate. Used this park as an overnight stop on way to South Padre Island. Big pull thru concrete sites. Excellent cable with lots of channels including ESPN. We camped at Greentree Village North Travel Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Office staff was friendly on both trips to the front. However, when I left early due to my surge protector showing consistently low voltage (and shutting off power repeately) I was told "they" won't refund you. I'm assuming that's the owners. I've had voltage problems before and it is not at all worth the $45. I couldn't be refunded. We camped at Greentree Village North Travel Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Been staying full time here for about 3 months. Love that it is a park where you get your own address, neighbors are friendly and keep to them selves. Recently asked for repair work at the site and it was done to our satisfaction within 3 hours of asking! Rates are fair and include amenities. Pool could be bigger or add a second one, but is kept clean and generally not too busy. Will be staying here quite a while. Not sure why people are giving bad reviews unless they aren't asking with a smile :) We camped at Greentree Village North Travel Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

We stayed for about 4 months. This park is mainly for full timers and some of the rigs are a little rough in appearance. It is obvious they don't have restrictions. The pads are dirt and are level enough for auto leveler. The winter was great because the lawn didn't have to be mowed often...because they don't. When we first arrived, our site was full of dog poop so we asked that they clean it. The neighbor was allowing their dogs go wherever they desired and did not pick it up. After I complained she actually picked it up and either threw it in the road or hid it under leaves in the road. I think she was talked to but it didn't appear to do any good. I love cats but some of the trailers were cat havens for feral cats with several around each rig. Some cats were in as bad of shape as their trailers were. One lady working there was fairly pleasant, the others not so much. There was some theft of property around the park. The location was close to shopping and I-35. There were deer to watch in an open foresty area. We probably won't return. We camped at Greentree Village North Travel Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

This is a 95 percent full time trailer park. There are paved road thru park, sites are gravel/dirt. The park is Expensive for what you get. $45.00 night, $245.00 week. The amenities advertised are not all working, you are lucky to be in a spot where Wifi and Cable are usable. $20.00 deposit cable box needed. I have used these boxes many times before and after trying two boxes the front office threw up its hands and says "we only provide cable because Time Warner gives it to us free, it's not ours you will have to call them." Many of the spots for short term , including mine, are next to road (noise) or against the UP railroad and a stone quarry (bad dust). I didn't use restrooms, can't rate. Front office is useless, backed by General Mgr who has been on job too long and doesn't care about individual customers issues. Location is asset, located close to I-35. If you have never heard of a non-refundable deposit, get ready. Laundry at park, ok but old machines, one of ours leaked. We camped at Greentree Village North Travel Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Facility filled with old park models. Extremely unlevel, gravel sites. Narrow streets filled with speed bumps and pot holes; very, very difficult to maneuver a big rig through. Satellite reception difficult or impossible due to trees. We lost power sporadically, especially during storms. Park poorly maintained. NOTE: The trees at our site prevented satellite reception, so we tried working with the management to move and were told nothing available and to keep trying. We tried for over a week and were told to check after the first of the month when the monthlies vacated their spots. When two sites came open that would work for us, we asked to move but were told they could not move us due to the way their "reservation system" worked. They had no intention of letting us move when they told us to keep checking back. When I called the office and spoke with the general manager, I was told "that's the way it is and next time you can go to another park," and HUNG UP on me! We have have traveled extensively and have NEVER encountered a park like this one! We camped at Greentree Village North Travel Park in a Motorhome.

I stayed here for 6 months while on a work contract. The staff and maintenance people were friendly and so were the neighbors. Lots are larger than most places that I have been. Not packed in like sardines! Utilities were excellent and trash pick up is daily at your site. Fenced dog park with dog droppings bags supplied at all three dog parks. The price was $500.00 monthly which breaks down to $16.60/day for a monthly RV rate. Nothing extra is charged. We camped at Greentree Village North Travel Park in a Motorhome.

This is an OK place for one night. Close to I-35. Good shade, power water worked fine. A clean park. Speed bumps in park are pretty tough, about shook the rig apart. 90-95% full timers. I wouldn't return if at all possible. We camped at Greentree Village North Travel Park in a Motorhome.

The rate reflects the monthly fee. This is an okay campground with easy access to I-35. It's mostly for long-term and permanent residents. The people are friendly. The clubhouse is beautiful, but under-used: no potlucks (not even at Christmas or New Year's), no game nights. The laundry is large and clean. The washers and dryers cost $1.25. The worst problems were noise and the speed bumps and high curbs. There's a city-owned lot right next door, and there are trucks dumping and moving large amounts of dirt starting at 7 am and continuing until 10 pm. We won't be staying here again. Greentree Village is truly a trailer park disguised as a campground, and is NOT big rig friendly despite their web site saying their sites are 90 feet long. We booked 10 months in advance of our stay and were promised side by side sites with our friends. We had both traveled across the country to find our sites on opposite ends of the campground. We couldn't fit into the first site, so we were directed to another site 3 blocks from our friends. We even had to back out of a pull through site because the sites were so close! The manager has no people skills at all and was very rude at best. We may never revisit San Antonio after this terrible experience. We camped at Greentree Village North Travel Park in a Fifth Wheel.

The Alamo and the River Walk were amazing, as were the quilt shops! Definitely find a different campground to stay though!

Good location in northern San Antonio and good access to I-35. We stayed for several nights in a gravel pull thru site. The site had a little more slope than I'd like and had to spend some time getting the trailer level. Cable TV was good. WiFi was good on the computer but we have an external antenna. Our Ipad without an external antenna could not connect to the internet. Price is high but I suppose we're paying for the proximity to SA. We camped at Greentree Village North Travel Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Park is adequate, staff friendly, seems to have mostly long-term or permanent residents. Gravel lots, cement patios, spacious lots, many with trees. Has a lot of burr clover weeds, which when "ripe," will create problems for dogs and barefoot walking. Garmin GPS leads one to empty lot about a 1/2 mile from the park. This park's greatest asset is its friendly, helpful staff. It's greatest weakness, which cost it a point in my rating, is the condition of older sections of the mobile home area. Some of those units are a bit run-down and in need of some cleanup. I also deducted a point because of the park's dog policy. There is no restriction on dog breeds, and our dog - as well as those of other guests with whom I spoke - had problems with "bully breed" dogs whose owners aren't able to control them. Despite the above, we would definitely stay there again. We camped at Greentree Village North Travel Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Speed bumps, Yes. Hi curbs, yes. Staff friendly and helpful except Manager. She lies. We stayed here a month and hated, really hated, the huge speed bumps. A nearby tow yard with impounded car horns honking all night on some nights was disruptive. Nearby train track was less offensive than the tow yard. Our neighbors were great, as was the area. Maintenance staff were awesome and responsive. Did I mention the high curbs? Beware! We camped at Greentree Village North Travel Park in a Motorhome.

Made reservation and they did not require a credit card: friendly telephone host. We camped for 3 nights in a 5th wheel during a cold period for Texas (28-32 deg). No problem with utilities. We used our iphone hotspot for internet use. Lots of full time or semi-permanent campers but we got a level, pull through spot with room for our truck at the end. Not many vacancies. Be aware that your car GPS will indicate that you are at the park but you are only close, just around the corner. Just stay on O'Connor and you will see it. Easy access from I-35. Noise was not a problem. We camped at Greentree Village North Travel Park in a Fifth Wheel.
