Helpful, friendly, pretty, shady, well maintained, lots of cable channels. Cheap laundry (but must start last load by 3:30 as it is not open after 5. Easy in. Close to HEB. All the things one could want when one stays in an RV park. The only ding is for the road noise. But that died down at night to pretty much nothing. We camped at Quail Springs RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed here overnight on our way to Big Bend. The park is full of snowbirds and full-timers, but it's well kept. The issue we had was that it is full of trees, with branches that encroach on the roads, which are tight anyway. We have a 38 foot coach and had to be very careful getting into and out of our site. Our site was a pull-through, but was so short we had to disconnect the toad just for the overnight stay. Also, there was a tree with branches just a few inches from the roof. In fact, the tree brushed part of the roof as we moved into the spot. Glad there was no wind. Not a bad park but will look at other options if back in the area for a stopover. We camped at Quail Springs RV Park in a Motorhome.

This park is mostly for snowbirds and full time residents, but they had a few open spaces. The people were very nice and helpful. Laundry room was excellent. Park was clean and pretty. We camped at Quail Springs RV Park in a Motorhome.

Over-nighted here on way to Big Bend NP. A heavily-treed older RV Park adjacent to a mobile home park. Right on Hwy 90 in interesting town of Uvalde. Many long-term residents but nothing shoddy. Sites are dirt with level gravel pads and almost spacious but were low-lying and muddy when we were there after 2 days of heavy rains. Wifi was intermittent; Verizon coverage was OK. The coax cable for cable TV connection was damaged at our site, but maintenance came out on-request to repair it. Watch for low branches on the interior roads if you have a tall rig. Overall, a good value for an overnight stay or even a couple days if visiting the area. We camped at Quail Springs RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

The Oasis Outback is directly across the street and although the signage indicates a sporting goods store, reviews say it has a good restaurant. We didn't ahve time to check it our but it could be an option for overnighters who can't drive to dinner. Check out the local liquor store - Bag n Bottle - which was originally a combination liquor and gun store.

Traveling through, spent one night. The staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. Nice park, mature vegetation with shade from the trees. Very pleasant and a very nice town for the over night stay. Nice amenities. Initially we felt that the streets in the campgrounds may be restrictive to our maneuvering the motor coach through the campgrounds, but found they were very adequate. We were traveling in a motor coach. We camped at Quail Springs RV Park in a Motorhome.

60 to 70 percent long term campers located near town. No recreation facilities. Good place to stay as a layover. Campsite had large pothole that could cause leveling problems. Could not wash RV but they had sprinklers going even at some campsites. We camped at Quail Springs RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice shady and clean. Huge trees with lots of shade. Very friendly campers. Only draw back was it was a right beside the main highway. Little noisey. We will stay there again if we are in that area. We camped at Quail Springs RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Nice park with a park-like setting. Lots of large old oak trees, some nice planted areas. Very quiet except for a bit of road noise from Hwy 90 - otherwise it would have been perfect. Mostly full timers, but very well kept. I think it is adult only so that may be a problem for some people. Sites are gravel and well packed but road is paved so there was no dust. Arrived after hours and the office was closed. Found a site near the showers / restrooms, but needed a combination to use them. A friendly couple provided us with the combination and Wi-Fi password.
Nice park, very quiet. Mostly full-timers or snowbirds. Walmart close by and a few restaurants within walking distance. We camped at Quail Springs RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

A relaxing park-like setting with large live oak trees, grassy common area and level spaces. Check-in was with a super administrator (a credit to the park). Some pull-thrus were even long enough that we had one to accommodate our 40-footer plus 'toad'. Difficult to get satellite coverage, but cable and wifi services provided. We camped at Quail Springs RV Park in a Motorhome.

Great little park on the main hwy in town. Some road noise, but not a big deal. Sfaff was very helpful and friendly and facilities were clean. Lots and lots of trees!! Our pull thru was long and level with plenty of room between sites. All hook-ups workes well. We didn't use wifi or cable, but others say they work well. Roads are some what narrow and can be a challenge, but we managed with a 44' TH. Great place to stay. We camped at Quail Springs RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This was one of the best, cleanest, friendliest parks we stayed at on our recent trip. We had a lovely shaded area and enjoyed our one night stay very much. Highly recommend this camp to any and all folks that are traveling through Uvalde, TX We camped at Quail Springs RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

We stopped for one night as we passed through. A pleasant place, quiet, shade trees and green. Within easy walking distance of WalMart, movie theaters & restaurants. A good brochure about the park and the area and with a very helpful lady in the office. The showers had only one hook. The Wi-Fi didn't work. I even went and visited that very helpful lady in the office to ask about it. A good Internet connection would have been a big help. She said it just doesn't seem to work for some people and offered that one lady "called her son & he told her to change some settings on her computer and then it worked". I didn't have anyone to call so I have to mark this as a "no Wi-Fi" park. The only other oddity was the laundry room is only open 9-5 along with the office. If I pass through this way again I'll stop at some other RV park because with no Wi-Fi and laundry this place is nothing special. We camped at Quail Springs RV Park in a Motorhome.

Nice park! There are many overnight spaces but there are two reserved at entrance for late arrivals only. Unless you are on the fence row which is for extended stay there is no road noise. There are lots of trees but if you have roof satellite there are some long treeless sites available. I am 60 feet long and was able to stay hooked up. They needed a pool and Wi-Fi to get a 10. We camped at Quail Springs RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
