Good overnight park very close to I-10. We were almost alone the night we were there. The gravel/dirt surface was flat and firm. Boulders marked each site's front boundaries. Small trees did not interfere with satellite reception. There is a Love's Truck Stop at the same interchange. We camped at Mountain View RV Park in a Motorhome.

This park is an older park that is being renovated and it is a very pleasant park. There weren't many here and we had our choice of spaces to look at the mountains. The entire park is gravel but it is groomed well and was not difficult to stay on. We only stayed one night but I certainly would stay here again. We camped at Mountain View RV Park in a Motorhome.

This park is all gravel with pine trees in between, the sites are long pull thru's. All the services are very good. It is a good stop with easy in and out off the freeway. Nice friendly staff. We camped at Mountain View RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

After our experience in Lordsburg, NM, this park was a real pleasure. The sites (all of them) are level. The only thing I needed to do with my RV was raise the front jacks. The folks here were VERY pleasant, talkative, and personable (like my own G-Ma). She was very honest in telling me about their WiFi, which did have something to be desired for (so I used my hotspot). I appreciate the honesty which helps me overlook the WiFi. All the amenities were very easy to access. Park is quiet even though it is right off I-10. Would've stayed an additional day but we had a schedule to keep. The dog run had poop in various spots (responsible people clean up after themselves). We camped at Mountain View RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Our first visit. We had to change our plans because of weather and landed here. The office closes at 7:00 pm but the woman working the counter offered to stay open if we were running late. We made it on time. You pick your own site. It is a huge open area with large well spaced sites. Water, electric, sewer and cable. WiFi worked in the evening but was iffy in the morning. Go figure. Campground very clean. The entire site is gravel/dirt. I don't know what it would be like in rain. We camped at Mountain View RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

This RV park is right off of I-10. Surprisingly, it wasn't overly noisy; however, we were parked near the back. Trains could be heard but mostly rumbling with a few horns. The internet did not work even with our extender. Directv satellite worked fine and Verizon was 4g 3 bars. Once you check-in, you pick your own site. The interior roads and sites are red dirt/fine gravel - yes it tracks everywhere. There is no real distinction between the end of a site and the beginning of a road which was a benefit for us. We had to pull the MH far up to get the tow out of the middle of the road which put the front of the MH jutting out. Luckily, there were no rv sites in front of us so we weren't blocking anything. The site was pretty level, and utilities worked fine. Sites are close together with a large rock or pine tree in between. Roads are wide and easy to navigate. They have a very large dog park for those with pets. We would stay again but I think they are overpriced for what you get. We camped at Mountain View RV Park in a Motorhome.

For an overnight stay this park was ideal for us. We had full hookups and used our own bathroom and shower which is what we prefer. Gail greeted us and was very nice. Although we did hear some road noise being right off I-10 in Van Horn it was not that bad. We like the park and will stay again. We camped at Mountain View RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Very nice clean park for over night stop. Easy off I-10, all sites are 80 ft.long pull thrus, wide streets easy to maneuver our 45ft coach towing an SUV. Easy check in, was give directions to about 10 sites and told to pick one we liked for the night. Close to I-10 and train close by but did not hear either inside the coach. Will definitely stay here again when travelling through Van Horn. We camped at Mountain View RV Park in a Motorhome.

Very large RV park very easy to maneuver a 40' and tow with absolutely no problems. Clean park felt very safe and such a nice lady that checked us in. The biggest dog park I have ever seen. Easy on and off I-10 east. You definitely will want to pass by the first two RV parks and stay here! We camped at Mountain View RV Park in a Motorhome.

What a delightful surprise. The people ar delightful, the sites are level albeit gravel, a pool, laundry, nice mountain views, Iceland water to refill bottles. We only stayed one night but we will definitely stop there on the 10/20 split. We camped at Mountain View RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

I will never stay here again. The bathrooms and showers have mold on the walls. The dog park has lots of stickers. Not 2 feet into the fence, my dog had stickers in every foot. I went to office to discuss my disappointment and the woman said "I just work here". This park is definitely not worth $35 per night. I should have stayed at one of the cheaper places in Van Horn. The park is a typical Southwest park with gravel sites and roads. Easy access form I-10. The park is good for big rigs, some trees so satellite can be a problem in some sites. Most sites are pull through. They are long enough for big rigs. Average space between. The WiFI seems fine (we were close to office). All the other services worked well. Laundry was small but everything worked great. We camped at Mountain View RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We have stayed here before and will stay again. There isn't much out in West Texas so this is a nice convenient stop especially is heading west on I-10. It's all dirt and gravel but quite open and the sites aren't super close together. WiFi was good. Used Satellite. There was some highway noise but didn't wake us up. Good stop. We camped at Mountain View RV Park in a Motorhome.

Another West Texas campground, but with a higher than normal amount of trees. Otherwise, a flat gravel field with wide access roads and long level pull thrus. Right next to I-10 for easy access, but tradeoff is lots of truck noise. Power ok, did not use other utilities. Campground wifi had ok signal, but lousy speed. Verizon was 5 bars with good speed, T-Mobile was 3 bars with decent speed. No recycle on site. No obvious road bike riding. We will overnight here again when passing thru the area. We camped at Mountain View RV Park in a Motorhome.
