Park is a little rough, but for an overnight stay or two it's just fine. Fairly level site, reliable 50/30/20 power, good water pressure, and easy sewer hookup at site. Plenty of room for a 43' Class A towing a car without having to disconnect. Brenda in the front office could not have been more helpful and kind. We pass through here every so often and we'll definitely be back. FYI at the time of this review, this is the only PA park left in town. When arriving, turn south onto the unmarked gravel road just west of the big pink sign. Map shows "Red Bud St", but I didn't see a sign. This will take you along the west edge of the park and allows easy access to the sites, even for the biggest of rigs. We camped at Oasis RV Park in a Motorhome.

Chuy's and Mom's Kitchen are both within walking distance. They closed right as we arrived, but looked busy.

Quirky RV park between the interstate and train tracks that is dated. However the, Jack of all Trades, owners were friendly. Wouldn't stay here for a long time; but for an overnight this is a good place! Narrow spaces that weren't quite long enough for the RV and car. The picnic tables were falling apart. There is free WiFi that we could connect to; however, it wasn't a good enough connection to be useful on the Internet. We were there on a Saturday, so we did the "Church by the pool" that evening and then had some of their homemade ice cream. We camped at Oasis RV Park in a Motorhome.

Thanksgiving day, most of town closed up. Park was open and cordial, informal atmosphere, quiet. Laundry was jujst 2 machines, but unused, pay $3 cash per load includes dry. Sand lots, all utilitiy hookups in very good condition. You check in in back of motel building, with the informal family hosts. Town is half restaurants and half auto/truck services. All closed on Thanksgiving. Chamber of Commerce Visitor center offeres area information a few blocks to east of Oasis RV. We camped at Oasis RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Bicycle lanes beside road most of through town were wide as the driving lanes, all level and easy to bike the whole town. Old hotel is a museum, on north side of road center of town. Grocery store at west end across from Dollar store. Many auto parts and repair shops, many restaurants mostly Mexican food.

As many have said this is not a new park but the owners are so nice and helpful. They're building some cabins on it so maybe there will be some improvements. We had no issues at all; everything worked great and we had plenty of room for overnight without unhooking. They're also the city taxi service as well as tow company. So when we realized we had a slow leak in one of our trailer tires and called AAA guess who showed up? HA! They also make home made ice cream. Across the street is a great Mexican restaurant. Don't let appearances turn you off! We camped at Oasis RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Good value. Clean restrooms & showers. all spaces level gravel. White noise from I-10 (south) and trains (north) but was non-issue for us. WiFi antenna is located due west of space #9, (where we were parked). Also, with light traffic bandwidth was excellent. cable quality is less than stellar, but not an issue for us either. Spaces are wide and can handle rigs with toweds. Tons of "swing space" for pulling in and out of spaces. We camped at Oasis RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

This park needs a lot of TLC. We stayed one night. The electric didn't work, had to run extension wires to get power to the fromt of our rv. The sites were short we had to block a road. We would not stay here again. We camped at Oasis RV Park in a Motorhome.

Wife and I staying here for work on Pipe Lines. Walking our dog, I noticed where sewage was overflowed under an RV, I asked workers what is going on, they said when toilet is flushed, it overflows. This was a month ago, still not resolved. The shower also overflows and you're standing in backed up water. As far as Wi-Fi, if writing flotation device on a cinder block, throwing it to a drowning man is adequate, then so is this. Bring your own connection, it's the only way you get on the internet. The owner also charged us $100.00 on lot fees when we paid this month. No notice, only a higher bill. We plan our budget for our future and greedy people are not on that list. We camped at Oasis RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

This is definitely an older rv park but don't let that stop you from staying here. The price was great, clean bathroom and the owners are very friendly. Place does need some work but it was a good place to stay. We would definitely return. We camped at Oasis RV Park in a Motorhome.

This park is nothing fancy and you need to be self-contained here. It offers FHU, cable and a basic level of Wi-Fi. The sites and roads are gravel with some grass here and there. It is right off the Interstate and near a RR track. It is about 1.3 miles from the 259B exit. The sign reflects motel and RV. The campground is behind the motel and so is the office. With the windows closed, about the only thing we heard was an occasional train but it did not interrupt our sleep. Location is close to the Davis Mountain observatory. Once out of town, this is a very dark area making the nights great for star gazing. We will keep this on our 'places to stop'. We camped at Oasis RV Park in a Motorhome.

Beautiful surrounding mountain views. Easy access from interstate; exit and campground roads are flat and wide. Easily accommodates bigger rigs, though wouldn't be ideal for something over 60 feet. Park is quiet other than highway and train noise, which we don't mind. It's an older park but the new owners are making many improvements. We had no trouble with hookups (FHU 30 amp with cable tv). If you're looking for fancy new buildings you won't find them, but if you enjoy historic Route 66 era ones this park is lovely. Great value with camping club discount. The owners are very nice and will drive you around town if needed. RV and mechanical repairs offered on-site though we did not use these. We camped at Oasis RV Park in a Motorhome.

This park is OK for an overnight. 50Amp pull thrus so didn't have to unhook even at 65 feet. Restrooms are old but usable. Owners were friendly. WiFi $3 we didn't use. Not much else to say about it. We camped at Oasis RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This was not a pleasant park. Dog running loose jumped on me then walked into office and it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Shower not very clean and then the water didn't drain. Sewers backed up when trying to dump tanks. Would not recommend this park. Price was Passport America. We camped at Oasis RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

This is an older campground that has new owners. They are fixing it up. My electric, WiFi and cable TV were all good. The woman that owns it is very helpful. I had a pull-through site. I would stay here again. We camped at Oasis RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is an older park. All the roads and sites are gravel. Many of the electrical pedestals were covered with bags. The pull-through site rows were too close together. In many cases, it would be necessary to pull through the row in front of you when departing the campground. Site 21 had erratic electricity. At times it read correctly, but at other times it was zero to over 135 volts. We unplugged after finding out there was a problem. When this was point out to the gentleman in the office, he implied it was our problem. Repairs cost over $500. The second night we moved to a difference site and had no further problems. Upon departing, we pointed this out to the gentleman in the office. He replied, "We found the problem." There was no explanation. I would not stay here again. We camped at Oasis RV Park in a Motorhome.

Rate is PA. Many pedestals are closed. First one we tried, cable TV did not work. A neighbor reported electricity was malfunctioning at his first site. Office not open on arrival despite representation by phone. It was open until 10 PM. Clean park except for junk around restroom building. Disorganized, gravel roads, and level sites. Cable TV good; internet adequate. Decent one night park. Would stay again because of PA rate. We camped at Oasis RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
