Price is for partial hookup with electric (50 amp) and water. Dry camping is $20. There is a dump station at the campground. We thought the entrance to this park was a bit narrow, but there is plenty of roadway to swing wide. We were in a 41' motor home, towing our Saturn Vue. Interior roads and sites are asphalt. All sites are back-in and there are a few double-wide sites. The sites that offer water and electric have the hookups near the back of the sites. Our site had some low hanging branches on the trees, but we were able to situate our RV in the site so that it wasn't an issue. Most of the sites looked to be relatively level. Sites are at an angle such that you're not parked directly beside your neighbor and there is a good amount of space between sites. Sites have a picnic table, but no fire pit or grill. There is at least one group fire pit. There are individual shower rooms with a double hook on the wall, but there's no shelving of any sort. Showers and restrooms were clean. There is a fish cleaning station. You can access the lake directly from the campground for boating, kayaking, etc. There is also access to a swim beach just up the road. Verizon data and cell service were strong. It's a beautiful park and we would return if passing through the area again. (We were told that years ago this park used to be owned by the city and was all dry camping. The state bought it and modifications have been made to the park over the years. A dump station has been added, and there are about 10 sites that now have 50 amp electric and water hookups.) We camped at Hyrum Lake State Park in a Motorhome.

We loved this park. It's small which is nice. They lock the gates at night and the kids loved taping flashlights to their bikes and riding along in the parking lot! You can go a few blocks up the road to access a swim beach or just plop in off one of the many concrete "docks". Water temp was 79 degrees! Restrooms were clean, showers were nice, staff was great. Would have stayed longer if we hadn't made reservations elsewhere. We camped at Hyrum Lake State Park in a Travel Trailer.

This is a small but cozy park with a reservoir on one side and a small rural neighborhood on the other. It's very popular with the local boaters. Some bring there trailers and their boats and stay for a few days. Weekends they are full with lots of families and children. There is no dump station; however about 10 sites in the middle have water and 50 amp electric. These are reserved early. The best sites right along the lake have no hook-ups. The grounds are shaded and lush with sprinklers watering the grass as soon as a site is vacated. Verizon Wi-Fi and cell was strong and almost any retail you could want is within 15 minutes. We kayaked the reservoir during the week when boat traffic was down. Overall a nice place for R&R. We would return. We camped at Hyrum Lake State Park in a Motorhome.

Beautiful Utah state park located on a small reservoir. This park is small and only has 10 sites with electrical and water hook ups. No dump station, but you can dump for a small fee a few miles from the park at a Sinclair gas station. Park was very quiet during the week but on the weekends a lot of locals bring in there boats for fishing and water skiing. Electrical sites are located under trees so sat reception is hit and miss. Verizon service was good. We camped at Hyrum Lake State Park in a Motorhome.
