Overall Rating:

This is a hard review to write, as the purpose of this park is not to be a typical RV park. There are no RV parks in Milford or within 20 miles. There is dispersed boondocking in the area. Approximately 6 sites are available, and the park is meant for overnight or short-term stays. There are two water spigots at the park but it doesn't look like they are intended to be hooked up to permanently -- more for filling your fresh water tank. No power. There is a sewer dump about 100 ft to the north. The park has no hookups or on-site services. A donation is requested when staying -- look for the donation Box. The RV park is next to the rodeo grounds and high school, which has a nice children's playground and park visible from the RV park. There are bathrooms at the playground (probably seasonal). The park is located at 500 North 300 West, Milford, Utah. The town has signs for campers directing you to the park. However, the signs on Center Street direct you down a terrible road for RVs (many gouge marks in the road as trailers have tried to go through the dips on the hilly road). Rather than use that road, go to Main Street and then go up to 600 North and turn West (500 North could be used too; it has one dip but was fine to traverse). Google Maps earth view can show you the area and park. Just up the road on Center street is Penny's Diner attached to the Oak Tree Inn. It is open 24 hours and has good food. The small grocery store in town is visible from the park (Main street and 500 N). The park could use some attention (weeds) and I think if they were getting some donations through stays that they could help it out. If you think of it as boondocking in this small town, it meets a real need. We enjoyed our 2-night stay. There was only one other person in the campground. Even though there are small trees, it wasn't clear where the individual sites were supposed to be, so we parked oriented North/South as the wind blows that direction in the valley (they have windmill power plants outside of town). We camped at Lions Club RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
