Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $42.00
Overall Rating:

Our two families stayed the weekend of the 12 Aug 2016. I found the campground to be very well groomed, clean, and nice large lots. Unfortunately, it lightly rained Fri and Sat. Fri night the event was Bingo which was well attended. Sat was the Pirate treasure hunt for the children. I found that after the treasure hunt, there was no further events that day for either children or adults. We had 4 children aged 7-14 and they were slightly disappointed. We all felt that even with the on and off rain, there could have been Pirate movies in the hall, or other events. We decided to go to the local fair and do a bit of shopping. The Camp store and snack bar were well stocked and the prices were really good. The Ice Cream cones were a very good deal. Only drawback was the store and snack bar closed at 7:00 pm on the weekends. Staff were knowledgeable, polite and extremely friendly. A little more attention to events by the owners would make this an outstanding campground with a lot to keep the adults and children alike, entertained. On a good note, the pools, shuffle board, water slides and water park gave us all options to enjoy the outdoor activities. We camped at Tree Corners Family Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Very well maintained, kids activities, pools and watersides, very personable owners and seasonals. Lots of big rigs, but a few small TTs. We camped at Tree Corners Family Campground in a Travel Trailer.

This campground is great for families! They always have fun activities going on for kids and adults alike. The amenities are very nice - 2 swimming pools, hot tub, water slides for the kids, ice cream shop (yummy) and a ride on the firetruck ever Saturday morning. Though I'm not a fan of the rule, the people staying with you needs to be immediate family. Being a single person with no kids the owners were wonderful about making the exception and apologized when they charged my friend when she and her kids came to stay with me. They also provided her a full refund and stated "we will remember you for the next time to ensure this doesn't happen." I certainly plan on scheduling a trip or 2 back to Tree Corners for the summer of 2016! We camped at Tree Corners Family Campground in a Travel Trailer.

We had a great time at Tree Corners. My kids loved the family activities on Saturday! The fire truck ride was a Big hit with my son. Great little cafe and store. The pools are wonderful. We have a younger and older child and it was nice to have the option of going to a pool that was not as deep that we could all enjoy. And the water slides were great fun! Campsites were quiet and clean. Bathrooms were really clean. Even the other people camping were friendly to us.

If I had anything to complain about it would be the WiFi/cell phone service situation. But then again, I looked at it as 'unplugging' for the weekend. If you really need WiFi for a working vacation, def. check into your options beforehand. I do not think it is the campground's fault. It's the area and general lack of cell service options for that area. I have Verizon which is usually great in most places, but I had spotty service at best.

We kept busy there and had a great time. Well stocked camp store. We had an outstanding time and we'll be back! We camped at Tree Corners Family Campground in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Town of Irasburg is only a mile or two away. I saw a small general store there. Jay Peak is about 15-20 minutes away. Newport is about 15-20 minutes away as well.

Overall Rating:

We camped here while visiting relatives nearby. Our site was number 35 next to a bathhouse. The site was a back in which was plenty long enough for our class C. There was also adequate parking for our towed vehicle. The sites were very spacious. While our site was good, it did have a low spot were water puddled under our motorhome and under our awning making for a wet area. There were many seasonal sites that were well kept. The grounds were clean and also well kept. Camp staff were very friendly and went our of their way to be helpful. Cell service was none existent. While there was paid for WiFi, it didn't always work. We would camp here again if in the area. We camped at Tree Corners Family Campground in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

If it weren't for the fact there is ZERO cell service I'd give this place a 5 star, wifi can be expensive if you're staying for a few days as you pay per day or can buy a package, though you are limited to only one device so you'd have to choose which to use if you have a laptop or smartphone, the wifi set up procedure made it virtually impossible to use our TV. Hey but it's camping right?

The grounds were very well kept, clean and spacious, full hook up was awesome. They have a more than adequate hot food market with snacks/ice cream and RV necessaries. The owners are vigilant with noise after hours which was awesome, the views from the park are incredible. If you're looking for flat roads to cycle which we do, RT 14 offers some spectacular riding through some great Norman Rockwell type settings.

We're talking boonville remote location, with a 15 min drive to Newport, VT. So if you're looking for quiet time with nowhere to go this is the place :) We camped at Tree Corners Family Campground in a Travel Trailer.

I found this park to be well cared for and quiet. The front desk made some phone calls for us so we could get our coach coolant line repaired. Repairman showed up and fixed our problem. Mature trees are throughout the park and in one location make it impossible not to scrape your rig. However the trees as a whole are well placed and offer shade at most sites. Our RV is 40' long. Overall Rating:

Nice park, very family friendly, lots of kids. Sites are grass, tight turns in some areas. Site says big rig friendly, my coach is 38', exercise caution. 5 miles off I-91 in the middle of a farming community, not much around in the way of shopping or groceries. We had no cell service on T-Mobile and Sprint. Internet is available but very expensive, charged per device. For us that would have cost $150 for 5 devices for two weeks since we needed our phones. My bad for not asking more questions when booking. Thankfully we recently purchased a Wi-Fi repeater and only had to pay for one device. Paid for itself on first outing, yahoo! Showers are coin operated, didn't check the toilets. Adds up over a two week stay. Visitors are charged $5, more to stay over. Surrounded by farms, a subtle wind can provide a manure smell at inopportune times when entertaining outdoors. Utilities were up to date, cable very limited, good water pressure. Did I mention lots of kids! If we have grandkids with us we may return, not without them. Drove our dogs crazy, we enjoy our peace and quiet. We camped at Tree Corners Family Campground in a Motorhome.

Wonderful family friendly campground. Friendly staff, 2 pools, rustic cabins. Good WiFi though they do charge, spotty cell phone, basic cable TV. Convenient to lots of small lakes for canoeing or kayaking. Surrounded by lots of beautiful Vermont small towns. A great place to visit Vermont's Northeast Kingdom. Would stay here again. We camped at Tree Corners Family Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a beautiful campground. All sites are grassy and well kept. The sites close the main office appeared to be in use by extended stay campers and seemed to be smaller sites. The rest of the sites were larger and spaced nicely. There are activities for children including 2 swimming pools. Wifi is available in the area surrounding the office. We camped at the back portion of the campground and found it to be very quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We camped at Tree Corners Family Campground in a Motorhome.
