Hey, it’s a parking lot...a place to stay with full hookups. Rate showed is the monthly rate. They charge for everything extra...like electricity, use of restrooms & laundry (although laundry is "free”). They also meter water and charge for use over the allotted amount. Very strict rules but I guess that keeps it nice and quiet so I can’t complain about that. We camped at Emerald Springs RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Nothing special here, just rows of side by side back-in RV sites, asphalt driveways and gravel site pads. The park is relatively new so the privacy shrubs separating the sites are only about 1.5 feet tall. Take note that there are two driveways: the south driveway is the one for daily rental and where you will find the office for registration. When coming from I-5, you will encounter the north driveway first. There is no signage to let you know not to turn into the first driveway. I was told by the office that I was supposed to notice that the two driveways have different addresses and choose the correct one. Ah, my fault then. There is no WiFi. Huh? Yep, no WiFi. They do however hand you a "Parking Handout" which offers you very specific instructions on how to position your RV in the space. Quite silly, actually, here's a sample: "Your RV must maintain a distance of at least three (3) feet away from the Park Road, no more, no less." OK, so which is it, at least 3 feet or exactly 3 feet? All that aside, if you need a place to park overnight or for a couple of days this park will suffice. By the way, where are those emerald springs? We had full hook-ups with 50 amp electric and the bathrooms/showers are fairly new so are in good condition. We paid $32.73 per night including tax. We camped at Emerald Springs RV Park in a Motorhome.
