Not exactly sure on the price as we reserved through Coast To Coast and didn't do the math! Nice park. This is a membership park and we stayed via Coast to Coast 26-29Jul. Our spot was a pull through but I didn't think I'd be able to turn out without dragging the side of my coach (45') through some trees inside the turn. So I backed out which was no problem. Good level site with room on both sides. Satellite hookup wasn't a problem and Verizon signal was adequate. Wifi available in the office. Good facilities. Pool looks beautiful. We would stop again when passing through Cheney. We camped at Ponderosa Falls RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This is a membership RV resort with a lot of amenities and very kid friendly. It is older and showing it's age, but is well kept, clean, and quiet. Roads are a combination of asphalt and gravel. Sites are packed dirt, with a little grass. Picnic table at each site. All hookups worked well and are convenient. A lot of trees for shade. Sites are close together with not much privacy. All the utilities worked well and are convenient. ATT and Verizon worked well. Showers and rest rooms are clean and well maintained, however 2 or the 3 men's showers were closed. . Pool, hot tub, weight room and sauna are clean and inviting. The kids are ever present. Laundry open 24 hrs, there are 8 each washers and dryers - $1.25 to wash, $ .25 for 5 min to dry. Employees are courteous and friendly. Pricey if not a member. Would stay again. We camped at Ponderosa Falls RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Favorite place near Spokane, WA. We've stayed here each time we come to Cheney and the Spokane area. It's a great "rest stop" after leaving Seattle, when heading east. The park has lots of well-trimmed trees, allowing for clearance for high motor-homes and 5th-wheel trailers. The trees are trimmed high also to accommodate satellite receivers. The park has many pull-through sites with full hook-ups. Park is well-maintained, with a pool, recreation areas, miniature golf, playgrounds, etc. and the staff plans many weekend activities to keep campers busy. All that aside, it is also a very quiet place to just hang out. Many sites have nice lawns, shady trees and picnic tables. The roads are gravel, as are the sites, and driving through with any size rig rates from easy to manageable, depending on the length of your RV. It has good access to shopping in Cheney, and nearby Eastern Washington University, and to Spokane, or even Coeur d'Alene in nearby Idaho. WiFi is average for most parks, but doesn't reach all the sites. They charge for WiFi and for cable (Dish Network satellite) TV. T-Mobile service was marginal at the campground. As you head up Thomas Mallen Road, the entrance is the SECOND DRIVEWAY you come to (with the big rock). The first with a gate, is the exit. We camped at Ponderosa Falls RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

We haven't been here for a couple of years. I had forgot how nice this RV Resort is. Site was out in the open, no trees, which we prefer, so we were very happy. but they do have sites with shade. The full hookups worked very well. Sites are clean. Ladies in the office are very nice and all smiles even when things are a tad messed up. We stayed here on a ROD Membership. We camped at Ponderosa Falls RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We were given two lists for TV channels. One on the flyer for the campsite and one on a sheet in the flyer. Neither one was correct for the channels, and some channels didn't come in at all. The people were friendly, the site level on gravel. We stayed here before with free wifi, but now they charge $1.00 for the wifi. We didn't take it because it wasn't good when we had it before. We camped at Ponderosa Falls RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

We purchased a full membership a few years back and paid thousands of dollars for this membership. This is because we loved it! They cooked meals, (for a fee), had karaoke, kids face painting, activities, dancing, duck races, you name it. It was a FUN resort. Now, this resort is going downhill. No internet unless you go to office, hot tub was broken last night, mud encompassing drive throughs when it rains, very few activities, no meals being cooked, asking members to bring their own and have a pot luck. How many people go to a resort to "cook" to serve others? The main gate with lock was hit and is now removed. They are finally mowing, but the golf course green has splits, tears and is ugly. Different fees are being charged to others with same membership. Yes, they refund, but this happened twice on two different occasions. Last year there were teens after 10pm hitting lights on the golf course area. This is a safety issue as they were not staying with anyone, they skipped through the gate. They were in the pool bullying little kids. I told them to leave the pool and leave the kids alone, and I filed a complaint, not sure of the results. My sons will not bring grand kids here. They in the past looked forward to the pancake breakfast, now it is cereal and muffins, all cold stuff. Is there no one here to cook or do the activities? We have been to other KM resorts and they have been updated and are great, but this one needs a lot of work. They hired someone to come in and fix things, and they were being done, now that person is no longer here, why I do not know. He was the only one fixing things and making the positive changes. But we found that the prior manager was put back in place, so we do not see any positive changes for the future which makes us not want to be at the resort. Even some of the picnic benches have splits and if you sit on them you will break them. We had to get one from the other site that was vacant as we did not have one. They need replaced. We camped at Ponderosa Falls RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Although a little more than a mile off I-90, it is easy to access. This campground has many amenities for kids [and adults]. However, if passing through for a one or two night stay, it is a bit pricey unless taking advantage of the facilities. Our site was tight and almost too short for our 35' motorhome and still attached tow vehicle. The picnic table was not clean. We camped at Ponderosa Falls RV Resort in a Motorhome.

A nice, well-maintained RV park with long enough pull thru graveled sites for my 40' Class A towing an 18' car hauler trailer still attached. Many back in sites are available too. My site, B4, was not very level. I needed some ramps under my front wheels to keep them from hanging in the air but I suspect that may have been because I was located all the way to the front of the site to keep my trailer from protruding into the roadway at the rear of the site. Tall, 80' to 90' pines that may affect satellite reception. OTA signals available and cable is offered for a $2.00/day fee. An enclosed pool and hot tub with a steam sauna available too in the pool house. I didn't use the bathroom/shower facilities but did look in on them, very nice, clean and well-lighted. A laundry room is also available. A small workout room with a cable-weight machine and some treadmills available with a TV in the room. A large community/activity room with TV and kitchen where meals are offered on selected days. Sign up sheets are in the main office. Office and park staff are super friendly and explain all features of the park. FHU and 30A/50A service pedestal is close by. This is a full service, RV resort with cabins and some full time residents. Easy access to I-90 for 10 minute trips into Spokane. A Walmart is close by as well as other shopping needs. Close to the airport but no noise reaches the park. I would certainly camp here again if in the area. This park is affiliated with Coast to Coast. We camped at Ponderosa Falls RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Camped here for 3 nights in a 40' fifth wheel. Pull through site large enough for rig and truck. Good satellite coverage from this site although not all sites due to trees. This site is probably for shorter term visitors and is not very wide although some of the sites up the hill are very large. Seem to be plenty of amenities for families. They told us Wifi wasn't very good although we didn't need it. 4G coverage was fine. We camped at Ponderosa Falls RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

They have back in and pull through sites; full time residents on the upper level. They offer 30 and 50amp; electric was good and water quality was good; had picnic table. They offer FHU; wifi and cable TV in rec area. Offers playground, mini golf, horseshoes, pickle ball, volleyball, billiard table, foos ball, ping pong. Very family friendly. Rec area says 21 and over, but they allow kids in there to play the games (they can get pretty rowdy). Sites very close together; roads OK. This park is located for an easy on and off I90. It is quiet and clean. You can buy propane here. We arrived on Mother's Day and were given a flower and two pastries. That was nice! Unfortunately the site was quite wet and muddy which is not something they can control easily and something not to be concerned about in the summer months. We would stay here again. We arrived here during a couple weeks of rain. The roads and sites were flooded and very muddy. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The maintenance crew was preparring the place so much work was going on daily to open up. The sites are relatively large and about half can get satellite service. Verizon cell worked fine. You are not far from Cheeney and can get anything there you need. We camped at Ponderosa Falls RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here through Coast to Coast at $10 a night and were not charged any up charges. The park is on the edge of a residential area but was nice and quiet. Our site R13 was very narrow, we could not extend our awning all the way. The hookups were good and worked well. The park is neat and well kept. Convent place to stay to visit Spokane. Fantastic little membership park convenient to Spokane right off freeway. Full hookup pull-throughs with great Verizon cell, free WiFi (we got it in rig even!), and inexpensive laundry. Did not use pool/spa but looked clean and well kept. Small but full fitness room with weights/cardio. Did not avail ourselves of activities/meals. Cost is $0 for ROD members.
