Sep 2017 - $20.00
Great spot for Elks members only. Can't beat the price. 30amp and water only. No onsite dump but there are clean restrooms (no showers). Very friendly folks! And great view from the lodge. - Ridingwithclyde
Aug 2016 - $20.00
This is an Elks members park.
The grounds are beautiful! It was quiet and peaceful here, we ended up extending our stay.
Water and 30 amp only.
Free dump at the fairgrounds about 3 miles away (hard to find).
Be sure you follow directions carefully to the lodge... Pine RD NE.
The ferry from Bremerton to Seattle is about 8 miles away, but easy access.
We would stay again. - Edwards-JV
Aug 2015 - $20.00
Nice location, gravel surface, sites not too spacious but we had no one on either side of us for the 3 nights we stayed there. A couple of non-Elks groups used the picnic facilities adjacent to the RV parking but they were gone by dark. Friendly staff in lodge. Water and electric at site but no dump. Couldn't get level on Site #9 so chose #8 instead. - RVtravelers2

Was the start of 2 week trip, and very close to visiting my cousin. Camp ground has a lot of picnicking areas, boat launch, huge dock for boat this place must be busy during the Summer most things are closed for season. Campground is close to town, ferry ride to Seattle. My site had no hook ups, dump station is on your way out. Site was level, with lots of trees. As you have read, some sites are occupied with questions, host was not really around, or helpful during my visit. This is not a destination camp ground, but convenient. - NXTSTOP
Apr 2017 - $20.00
Only one site has hook ups. The RV dump station is closed. The park employees are not enforcing the park rules of a 10 day limit. The park employees are not checking sites for who has paid and who has not paid. It appears that a homeless encampment is sqautting on the only site available with hook ups. - MrRigdon-17
May 2014 - $32.00
We heard a lot about this place from other campers that post on RV Park Reviews. This camp ground was packed to the brim, dogs-kids every where and boy was it noisy--fun as hell to be around. The park offered a lake access below where we were parked and there was a lot of games going on on the beach. We will for sure be coming back again next year. - kara9

Folks tethered to electricity and full utility sites are really missing some great camp sites. Scenic Beach offers private, shaded sites that you just can't find other places. Each site is surrounded by tall trees, and an understory of bushes, so you can hardly see or hear your neighbors. It is above Hood Canal, with an equal number of back in and pull thru sites, but as it's in the hills, not all the sites are level. There is a dump site. Also, if you don't have reservations, you need to pay at the entrance which is quite a hike. Even though its an extra $8. I would recommend reservations just for that reason alone. There are a few trails and a small beach within walking distance. I want to go back in May when the rhododendron are in bloom. It must be spectacular. - Desertthorn
May 2015 - $28.00
This is an outstanding campground. There are no utilities in the campsites, but there is potable water and a RV dump station. The camp is located on the north end of the beautiful Hood Canal. During clear weather, the rocky beach has a spectacular view of the Olympic Mountains. The campsites vary from private to very private. Our site was totally private and deep in the lush dappled sunlight of cedar and fir trees. There are two good playgrounds for kids. Many sites are small and somewhat uneven, but they work for small and moderate RVs. Pull-through sites would fit all but the largest bus type RVs. We were there on Memorial Day weekend, and the campground was full. Fellow campers were generally quiet, and all noise was done by 10 PM. I would happily return. - SeaTeacher

Sep 2017 - $39.00
We loved it because it is very wooded, lots of room between sites and privacy with lots of bushes and trees. Only 49 sites. Probably not a good spot for a huge motor home. Too many tree branches not huge sites. 2 tokens for showers. Takes a while to get hot water. We really enjoyed our stay. - Ncogneeedo
Aug 2017 - $40.00
We just completed our 4th annual weekend at Manchester. We keep going back because we love the large, private, wooded sites and the how incredibly quiet it is! Nice place to walk along the water, watch the ferry come and go explore tide pools. - Mksea
Jul 2017 - $35.00
This is a small state park on the water, not far from Seattle. It is clean and well maintained. Privacy is fairly good, with bushes/shrubs between spaces. There is a small beach and a number of hiking/biking trails. I stayed here for a couple of days. - Dan C

Jun 2019 - $45.00
This "Park" has gone down hill. Things look nice on the surface, good landscape and clean facilities. But what you don't see is the problem; there is a driveway between the RV park & a rock quarry, guess what, they slam landscape sized rock around with heavy equipment both day and night, starting as early as 6AM! They also think it's funny to jake brake & honk coming & going! And if the earth quakes they make don't get you, the noise from the highway you are literally backed up to by maybe will keep you awake! Oh, did I mention the rock quarry NOW SELLS FERTILIZER, fish and all types of manure, as advertised, so if you are lucky enough to camp here between March and thru the summer you will get a big whiff of well, you guessed it, POOP! Some days it sour, (you DO NOT want to sit outside) other days it's fishy, and others, well just poop! Oh yes, and rates just went up too, so monthly rate from May thru October runs $1200 per month! Don't worry though, it goes down in the winter but then you pay electricity which runs right around $200! As for customer service there is NONE, sure you can leave a message and they might get back to you, maybe even pour on a bit of sugar to get you, but once you get in, complete JERKS! They do not have a good maintenance team, they juryrig things and you get power surges. SO definitely use a surge protector. For long-terms stays, it's a month in advance, even during peak season when they charge by the week, however, the $1200 is due the 1st of every month. This isn't a resort! There is nothing more than 3 washer and dryers, a pool room (cue and ball) that can only be used when office staff is in or you've reserved the space. You have to cross a major highway (Bainbridge Island Ferry Traffic, ALL DAY) to access the pool room and laundry. That's all on the mobile home park side of the highway. Also this park in on a reservation so they don't care if things are up to code. There is NOTHING here for kids, unless they want to smell pot smoke! All spaces are back-in. The only good time to stay is Winter, you will have to pay between 650-750 plus nearly $200 for electric. There really is NOTHING 100% nothing to do for children. It's good for a place to sleep, and go. This place charges like a resort, they got greedy and now many if not most all long-term tenants have gone. - PNWBridges
Aug 2018 - $40.00
As mentioned in other reviews, this park is right along a very busy road. It's the corridor to the Bainbridge Ferry to Seattle. That said, we found the park to be immaculate. Our site backed right up to the road and though we heard the road noise it wasn't a huge impact. Satellite hooked up, good Verizon signal, and wifi was adequate. - SHIPM8
Dec 2017 - $40.00
Fresh water hook up at ground level within 4-5 inches of sewer dump and lower than sewer dump. Toilet paper on ground around hookup. Coincidentally we ended up very ill a few days later. Can't believe the city approved it. Never, ever seen anything like it. There is a busy highway between RV park and office/registration. Very difficult to cross and turn on to highway. Some of the campers very rude. Wifi didn't work and was told it was out for a full week recently. The wifi connection provided didn't even show up as an choice. - Rebalynn

Eagle Tree RV Park is just an average park with tight and unlevel spaces. There seems to be a mix of spaces that are tight and spaces that are not so tight. We were not able to bring our coach to level in our space. Surfaces are gravel and dirt, mostly dirt. No picnic table or other amenities on the site. Wifi was very slow and also down at times. Could not get satellite on our site, although some sites were open. This park needs some TLC for it to get to an acceptable level. We parked here in a motorhome and would not return. - Phaeton Joe
Aug 2018 - $36.00
We stayed here for convenience. Nothing else in the area had an opening. Sites are not level, too close together. The guys truck door that is next to us hit our slide when open. I don't know where Good Sam got their rating. They must have been blindfolded! If you can stay somewhere else, it's gotta be better than this. - Msu jg
Aug 2018 - $37.00
Washrooms/Showers Very Clean. Owner is very friendly and courteous. More of a lay-over park - not resort style 3 miles to downtown Poulsbo. 11 miles to Bainbridge-Seattle ferry. If you need a car - Enterprise will pick you up/drop you off there. - MattB

No Frills RV parking at the Clearwater Casino. The site was a hunk of not-very-level asphalt, near the roadway. Bridge traffic was noisy. When we booked the reservation, we were told to just pick any open spot and then come in and register (after signing up for the Player's club, which is mandatory). I would choose a spot further from the roadway, not that it would make much of a difference. That said, the location worked for us. There are shuttles between the casino and the Bainbridge ferry to get you to Seattle. They have a few dining options onsite, and a spa at the resort. Thursday night concerts appear to be popular (bring your own chair and arrive early). We enjoyed touring the island and trekking out to Olympic National Park. The price was right for us, given the location and access to Bainbridge, Seattle and the Olympic area. Verizon signal was good, and they recycle (just mingle it with the casino's recycling bins). The casino has restrooms, and there are showers in the pool/hot tub area, even if they are not 'dedicated' to the RVers. We would stay there again. - VagabondLove
Jul 2019 - $30.00
This is a small RV area at the far end of the parking lot behind the parking garage. The sites seem like they were an afterthought since they are not level but we just used our leveling blocks on one side and put the tongue on our travel trailer very low. Some of the big motorhomes had wheels off the ground in the back and they looked funny but they were level. We saw a lot of rabbits on the other side of the fence and we also saw a mama raccoon with two babies. The internet was really fast. There isn't a bathhouse or a laundry room. Be sure and walk down along the back of the property past the ballrooms. There is a beautiful resort area down past the spa with comfortable chairs, loungers, beautiful landscaping and shade umbrellas and it is dog friendly. There is a small dog park. There is an indoor pool and outdoor hot tub for a $5 fee per person. The bridge to Bainbridge is being painted and the construction noise at night was quite loud. We loved the 80s concert inside the Casino bar Saturday night and we really enjoyed the Tina Turner and Rod Stewart impersonator duo concert on the lawn. Bring a chair for these free weekly outdoor concerts and they sell drinks and great food there, too! - OurBigAdventure
Sep 2018 - $30.00
This park is adjacent to the casino. The best thing about it is the value, only $30/night. It is a large asphalt parking lot that is striped for RV parking. It is only a year old so everything is new. There are two rows of sites and the back row backs up to trees and slight views of the water. There is a busy two lane road next to the park but traffic is very slow from about 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. There are two other RV parks near here but one is even closer to the highway and the other has very tight, close sites. The RV sites are also close to the loading dock for the casino but again, no activity during the night. The RV spots are also an easy walk to the casino. I feel this is a very good value given the price. - bobinidaho

3 nights (Thurs, Fri, Sat). Site 54 has partial hookups, mostly shade, green lawn (most of the park lawn is dead this time of year), and loud road noise which does calm during the night. Many huge groups of campers; found it hard to believe that the limit of 8 people per site was being enforced. Enjoyed the river access and the trails. - flaymingyon

July 16,17 Sunday/Monday Dosewallips State Park on the Hood Canal, Site 31, hookups, no hookups, $45, 140 sites This park is located on route 101 along the Hood Canal and the Olympic National Park to the west of it. We had met many campers that love this park and highly recommended it. There are sites with hookups in a grass field and no hookups in the field and in the woods. This is a big rig friendly park. One has to drive under 101 to reach one of the no hookup loops but many of those sites are right on the river where one can swim. The trail to Hood Canal is also on that side of 101 and to get out to the canal is a long trek especially if you are carrying anything to dig for oysters and clams. You must have a license and there is a limit on what you can catch. Traveling on route 101 along the Hood Canal is a beautiful drive. Nice stay! - gsnakehill
Jul 2016 - $53.00
First time staying at this park and we were very pleased with our site. We had shade at the site and it was appreciated as a few of the other sites in our wheel were in direct sunlight. A short walk takes you to the Hood Canal where eagles and many other land and sea creatures abound. Also well marked hiking trails beginning and ending right from the park. We are sure to return but it appears reservations are a must. - Rich1 -_

It's a small but clean and quiet park. It does border Hwy 101 so the rvs on that side will have some traffic noise. Our site was plenty big and wide for our big rig with some great shade too. The restrooms and showers were clean. We used this as a base camp to tour the Hood Canal area. There are good restaurants in Brinnon and Quilcene. The small store at the office was very handy too for last minute items. - southwestgal
Jul 2016 - $28.00
Small campground right on US 101 with friendly owners and close to the water.
We stayed here as part of a Habitat Care-A-Vanner build team and the group was able to get spots next to each other. Ours was a 50-amp site backing to 101 - it was somewhat loud with traffic noise but quieted down around 11 PM so we slept good. The sites are tight but there is a nice common area, a decent little store, and it is a short ride to Brinnon or Qulicene for dinner :).
The first day we were here (Sunday) we had no cable tv but the owner had us back up within an hour of us letting them know. We quickly learned the owners will do whatever they can to make your stay decent. We will definitely stay here again. - Bay Area Early retirees
