Very difficult to find- good for our GPS- no reserv and were great service. After day 1 stayed another. The park is both owned sites and RV Nightly rentals- clubhouse has pool table and TV plus games etc, all included. Very secure and bordering on golf course- we did not have our clubs nor the time. Lots of walking areas and camp host was also great! We camped at Deer Park RV Resort (formerly Spokane RV Resort) in a Motorhome.

This resort RV Park recently changed ownership. The CG is one of the best we have ever had the pleasure to stay in. Most of the sites for Coaches are drive-in with utilities placed to accommodate drive in for a view of the golf course. Trailer sites (fifth wheel and campers) are back in for a view of the golf course. All the sites are concrete with grass between. The RV resort borders part of the Deer Park Golf Course. There is room in each site for patio furniture and BBQ. We will be returning. We camped at Deer Park RV Resort (formerly Spokane RV Resort) in a Fifth Wheel.

The golf course is a must do. Major shopping is in north Spokane. There are many historic sites around Spokane. Snow skiing in winter months.

There were no directions on Deer Park's (old Spokane RV Resort) website nor on the confirmation email on how to get to the park. As we got into Deer Park both our RV Garmin GPS and Waze, had us turn left on Forest Rd into a subdivision off of E Crawford St. We should have stayed on E Crawford, which goes straight/east through another traffic circle to North Country Club Drive, which has a sign for the golf course and RV park. Once we got to the RV Resort, check in was easy and we were met by one of the campground hosts at our back-in site 15 (FHUs). The park recently came under new management and had moved the sewer location so it could be easily reached, but you'll still need two 10' hoses. Electric was just within our 20' cord limit. We could have backed up further, but we have a rack on the back and they did not want the rack hanging over the grass. We used their cable service with 49 channels that worked great; we needed about 25' of coax to reach the center of our trailer. We got great Verizon cell reception and their internet was above average. There was plenty of space to walk the dogs to include two small fenced off-leash areas and a large field in the back east corner where you can take your dog off leash. We enjoyed being right on the golf course to include letting us bring a golf cart back to our campsite to get our clubs. We will definitely stay here again. Our only complaint; we requested a site along the golf course when making reservations and were told they were all booked. It sounded like they were squeezing us in by giving us site 15. However, the whole time we were there, several of the sites along the golf course were never filled. We camped at Deer Park RV Resort (formerly Spokane RV Resort) in a Fifth Wheel.

We took I-90 to WA-395 to get to the city of Deer Park. Wish we had known that 395 takes you right through the middle of Spokane in heavy traffic even at 2:00 PM. If you can, I would recommend avoiding this route. However, we just took it slow and really didn't have any problems. Golf the course there; they have a decent price and it's a well laid out course. Good draft brew selection in the club house restaurant.

Newer park so facilities are nice/clean. Asphalt and grass...lots of it! 30/50 amp-easy to back in. They even pick up your trash every morning. And when we come back I plan to partake in the water exercises in the nice pool. 3 exercise machines and nice lounge next to the pool. Clean, new laundry with standing sink and ironing board. Overall Rating:

This is a very nice RV resort. Our site was a pull-in facing the golf course. We had a long concrete pad with a nice patio and table. The issue with the site was the placement of the sewer connection. Even using 20' of hose, it caused us to lose about 20' of pad in front of the coach so the tow car had to be parked partially in the street. The roads are very wide and easy to navigate. There is very nice grass all around the pad, and two small dog parks. The GPS directed us correctly, but it took us through downtown which is very tight with low clearances. We took an alternative route (even out of the way) when we left to avoid downtown. Be prepared to cook - there are not many places to eat in Deer Park, although there is a nice grocery store. Long pull through on the cement. Nice quiet, gated park. They are not open on the weekends so if you call you are sent to voicemail and they do not call back until Monday. Wish I had known that as we had to change our reservations. However, they were very accommodating when we arrived. Very clean! Excellent Dish satellite reception. We have learned to go to the 2nd round about off of 395 north, Crawford Rd and go straight past Bobs to the main entrance, Country Club Dr. We stayed there last Fall several times and had a wonderful time. But this time they claimed snow closed off most of their sites. We were put off by some year round people and the poop smell from their dogs made us keep our windows closed. The snow made for unsafe trips in and out of the camper. They had 20 or so more sites with little or no snow. When I talked to the owner today she wasn’t sure we had left. When I told her about our dissatisfaction she didn’t even know where we were put off. I told her of our issues and she said she would need to go walk the sites. Wouldn’t you think they would do that anyway? We are so disappointed. It’s an hour drive from our house and a great weekend getaway. But for $52 a night it isn’t worth it. Especially when there were other sites with less snow and long term residents. Everything but the laundry was closed. Even Divot’s, the golf course restaurant that claims they are open year around was closed. We camped at Deer Park RV Resort (formerly Spokane RV Resort) in a Fifth Wheel.

Picked this park to try to have a quiet Labor Day weekend. SUCCESS!! We were in the owner-owned section facing the golf course in our 40' MH. Beautiful views, wonderful staff and owner neighbors on each side. This is also a gated community. Had a hiccup with one of the washers and they gladly refunded our money. Only draw back was their cable - lots of channels but really only 4-5 you would want to watch (none of the cable news channels were available). If in the area we would stay here again. We originally reserved for seven nights but later phoned to come in four nights prior to our initial reservation. As this was extending over the Labor Day weekend I was a little apprehensive but the staff managed to find us a site for the duration of our planned stay. Arriving on a Saturday evening after 4pm we found the office closed but our site package had been left out and available for us. Initially, we had back in site #81 that lies along the western edge of section A and also borders the fairway. This was an asphalt site that has a slope from back to front for drainage, a concrete patio, picnic table and seat. The utilities are located towards the rear of the pad that meant I had to go deep in order to reach the control panel for my rig. By doing this, the rear 8' of our RV was beyond the asphalt. Not a big problem until the sprinklers came on during the night and raked across the back cap, waking us with a bit of a start. After three nights we were able to move to site #145 in section B. This was a long (80'+) and wide (25'+) back-in concrete pad on the northern side of the resort. There is a slight front to rear slope for drainage but otherwise perfectly level and equipped with a picnic table. The neighbours were seasonal occupants and very pleasant to chat with although we didn't have too much interaction. For both sites the 50amp power, water, sewer and cable TV connection worked perfectly. I was advised the water pressure was high but we didn't find it to be too high for the plumbing on the RV. For a busy holiday period the pool was very quiet and we enjoyed it to ourselves for most of the time. The staff/hosts were very pleasant on the odd occasion that we interacted. The bathrooms are spotlessly clean and the whole resort is very well maintained. The laundry has eight washing machines and eight driers all at $2 a load with change and detergent available. Wi-Fi is included in the price but sometimes extremely slow. We camped at Deer Park RV Resort (formerly Spokane RV Resort) in a Fifth Wheel.

I agree with other reviews about how nice the park looks, however this is a very had park to drive to. You drive through downtown then you drive through a half mile of residential area get into the park.We stayed in section b with a sign saying keep your pets off the grass. This is one of most unfriendly park we have ever been in. We fulltime so we have been in hundreds of rv parks. This is a very nice park but does not have the amenities to have such a high rating a a 5 star resort.I will not return. Very nice park, reasonably priced for the quality. There is tons of grass, and a few trees, all impeccably maintained. Particularly nice is the large common grassy area between the two rows of sites. The makes the sites feel more spacious. Even side to side, while not huge, the sites are wider than most parks. Some sites have a much larger front yard. I can't be as complimentary when it comes to the slope of my site. It had a serious downhill slope, and I had no chance of leveling without taking my front wheels a few inches off the ground. Also, one reason the grass was so nice was that they watered it every night at 2 am. I know this because my rig got drenched from the high powered sprinklers, and it woke me up every night. That's a shame, as otherwise this has to be the quietest, darkest place I've parked in a long time. The wifi was very good, cable channels were a joke, but lots of o/a tv, and Verizon was very strong. Customer service was excellent. There is no camp store, and it's three miles into town, so shop on the way in. The grocery store in town is great, for such a tiny town. The pool area was very attractive, but it was filled with screaming kids most of the time I was there. The golf course is beautifully maintained, but a little uninteresting. The drive through Spokane to get to this place was tedious, to put it mildly. I would recommend this place to groups of people that would like a large common grassy area to congregate. Otherwise, for me, it was too far off the beaten path to consider going back. We camped at Deer Park RV Resort (formerly Spokane RV Resort) in a Motorhome.

This is our 2nd visit to this park. Two parts, first is for the weekenders and the second is the long term and purchased sites. We were in the 2nd, these sites have super long concrete pads with patio. Huge grass areas between sites. they have two dog runs, both gravel, but there is a grass area outside of one. Put your trash at the end of the drive and they pick it up, daily. Very nice laundry and pool area. We camped at Deer Park RV Resort (formerly Spokane RV Resort) in a Fifth Wheel.
