May 2019 - $50.00
This was a nice park, but it is a Thousand Trails park. This means that the facilities will be older, and the sites are not reserved meaning when you get there you have to drive around trying to find an open spot. It was close to Memorial day, but we lucked out in finding a pretty nice spot. It is a serious challenge getting satellite as the park is heavily forested, which makes it very beautiful - much like camping in the forest. We had lots of opportunities to walk around and it was beautiful. The site is 30A and water only. There are a lot of long term campers hauling there portable tanks to the dump station, and I saw a couple of very disgusting displays of poor sanitation of people emptying those tanks. A word of warning about power quality: our power protection kicked out several times due to over and under voltage. I would say it is mandatory to have power protection to protect your electronics and unit systems. It was a nice stay, but a challenge due to the power and sewer issues. - AZ_Travelers
Nov 2018 - $61.00
Really...$61 for this campground? really? I camped here one night to visit some friends and my go-to campground closes Nov 1. I had no other choice. Gravel roads, gravel sites, unkempt site, not particularly level, leaves everywhere. Crappy fire pit stick back in the trees. Not a bad campground for $35, but $61 with tax is absurd. - the5reeds
Sep 2018 - $51.00
Peaceful with gorgeous tall trees. Each site was pretty private. Site a little unlevel, nice picnic table and fire pit although because of fire danger, unable to use. Pool and spa closed as late in the season. The park help extremely nice. Wish we could have stayed longer. A bit of a drive to get there, but close to Snoqualmie Falls. We had satellite reception. This is a thousand trails park, and we are not members, but were welcomed. - Crbus

We were there for a quiet stop but really enjoyed the quiet. Our gravel site was spacious, had some shade, and included a picnic table. - Rvmomma
Jul 2015 - $34.00
Never again! This could be such a nice RV/campground but it's not! Right on river but so overgrown you can't get to it. Bathroom is so dirty my husband would not even think about using them, and he's not very picky. Sites are on top of each other, there is no Wi-Fi , laundry, game room, etc...but yet they charge $34.00 a night. The only thing this park has going for it is location it's about 35 mins from downtown Seattle. But about 15 miles away in Carnation WA, there is a better place. Also lots of live in people with junk every where that ruins a park for me. FYI; there is no sign saying turn here for this RV park and our GPS did not have the turn right, when I told the lady at check-in about this she say's "happens ALL the time!" Not sure if it happens all the time why you would not change it, but... So if you miss the turn you end up in a roundly round or small downtown area. Turn right before the bridge. - laears
Jun 2015 - $31.00
Park is OK for a stay of a week or so. Short supply of parks in the general Seattle area. Entrance road is horrible - really not wide enough for two lanes, so you must go slow. Speed bumps every few feet. Typical riverside park with elevated electrical hookup because of being in flood plain. Staff friendly, but there is a depressed feeling about the place. Everything is JUST OK. Lots of weekenders which is to be expected because of the river. - PugetSound

Live here long term. It feels like a national park, amidst beautiful trees, and it's quiet despite being close to the highway, 6 minutes from shopping, pleasant landscaping. It's much better than other alternatives that may be closer to the city. - Tom E.
Mar 2017 - $40.00
Getting a place to stay in this area is tough, getting a reservation at a nice park like Blue Sky, nearly impossible. I was lucky enough to get one month here as I had to return to the area to do some "warranty" work on a prior job from 3 yrs ago. This park is very well kept and the restrooms/showers were great especially with where I was located (#51). There is a mixture of small and large RV's, all of which are newer and the people residing here show a sense of pride. - PatAnd
Jul 2016 - $40.00
Beautiful park close to Seattle area. Very popular so difficult to get a reservation on short notice. Site spaces are close together like a lot of parks but OK. - Doug Toye

Cascade is a very nice membership campground. Located close to Snoqualmie Pass is a good base camp for skiing also close to Seattle area and shopping. The park is nicely maintained and offers many activities during the summer season but is very quiet in the winter season. - bgenoe

The lot was pretty spacious. I was initially confused about the layout, but all the spots were a kind of semi-circular pull-through to where your RV is facing a very private "yard" and the back of your RV is facing the internal field. The site hosts were on top of it, our site was marked and ready when we arrived, no real check-in or check-out was required. The restrooms were kept very clean, it seemed they were cleaned each day we were there. - joshnichols84
Aug 2018 - $34.00
The sites are all alike in the shape of a half circle. The sites are a little tight for a 40" motorcoach. The utilities are placed correctly and work well. There is a dump station about a quarter of a mile down the road which cost $5.00--not included in the camping fee. Overall a busy place which requires a reservation in advance. We camped here in a 40' motorcoach. - illini777
Oct 2017 - $20.00
This is a county park that has spots for RV's and tents. The RV spots are pull throughs with power and water. It is more like a small state park than a county park. Downtown Carnation is a short walk away if you need something. The park is 30-40 minutes away from Seattle and Bellevue, making it a nice quick get away to the country. - Dan C

This campground was just ok for us. No pull through. No pool. No pet off leash and the Pet area was outside of the campground and along the narrow road side. It is very close to Highway 90 which is good for access and close to shopping but lots of road noise. - Lisa Pumphrey
Jun 2019 - $50.00
This is an acceptable place to stay if you are visiting Seattle area. No much in way of amenities, no pool, etc. but that is of no interest to us. The bathrooms were clean and wifi worked well. So, for us it was fine. The sites are gravel but level and there was enough room for our 33 ft. class A plus car park. - Phoenixaway
Jun 2019 - $60.00
Not a bad place at all. Small sites and maneuvering can be challenging for larger rv's but it can be done if you take your time. Site was level and hookups convenient. Road noise for us was not an issue. - Martini Chuck

Campground is close to interstate but quiet. Nice scenery on lake with mountain views. Had W/E only and the sites are extremely narrow but very long. Close with a slide out but managed OK. Firepits available. Nice choice for proximity to city. - CCMcLeod
Jun 2016 - $40.00
This is our 3rd time staying. The owners and people are so on top of cleanliness, trash, lawn maintenance. It's truly wonderful if you like lake life. We see eagles and herons flying above us, sun reflecting on Lake Sammamish, our kids playing in the swimming area with slide. . Definitely worth coming again and again.
We were happy with our space. We have preferred the spot on the end (23?). Companies have their parrots at park, but it was fun people watching as well as people launching their boat from the ramp in front of us. One guy fell in water as he was guiding the driver down the ramp. Hahahahah
Definitely book in advance- January for the spots in June - August. Recommend the end spot in the end (23?) - Lagomamasita
Sep 2015 - $35.00
This is a fairly clean park. During the day there's some traffic and aircraft noise; at night it's quiet.
20 amp plus water sites are long, non-level grass and dirt with no shade. Utilities are at the back, and half are on the wrong side. Full hookup sites are shorter, non-level gravel and grass, with utilities in the usual locations. Each site has a picnic table.
Roads are asphalt in fair condition with some potholes and many annoying speed bumps.
There's one private shower per gender, $0.25 for 5 minutes. The men's shower is inadequately ventilated and usually muddy, with discolored tiles, a torn shower curtain, and cobwebs. I saw one silverfish.
Verizon LTE works well.
WiFi is strong. I measured 571.6 kB/s down.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
There are strong terrestrial broadcast TV signals from CBS and ION.
Laundry: 2 top-loaders ($1.75), 2 dryers ($1.50).
Rate is total with tax for a 20 amp site. - wjzcbn

We have been living at Nor'West RV Park for a year and a half in our 5th wheel. The park is very well maintained and always clean. Every space has it's own storage shed and picnic table. The manager has always been helpful and friendly, he works hard to keep things running smoothly. Our dog enjoys the open field behind the park, scenery is also nice. Easy access to Interstate 90 which makes getting to Seattle easy. - Jody S
Mar 2017 - $23.00
My husband and I moved our tiny house to Nor'West RV Park almost a year and a half ago. Overall, it has been a wonderful experience! The park itself is very clean, quiet, and has a large, open space nearby where our dog loves to run and play. Management is always extremely polite and helpful. It is a very short drive to shopping and restaurants, and is close enough to the metro for a manageable commute to the 'eastside' or Bellevue area. I would highly recommend Nor'West! - MegSem

We stayed here for a long weekend and managed to arrive early. The desk staff was very helpful and got us in early and was very accommodating. With some planning, they allowed us to leave our trailer in a back in space while we were in town prior to our departure. That gave us an extra day to visit family.
The roads a a little tight but manageable if you scout your path. The road noise was not noticeable except when sitting outside, which we didn’t do much, or when an emergency vehicle went by. We will be back. - Pfmarine1
Jul 2018 - $57.00
Efficiently managed. Very tightly packed in. Rather challenging to maneuver a big rig. Felt safe. Very close to the interstate, considerable road noise. This is just a place to park, go sightsee, and be on your way. - Lizzie Bliss
Jun 2018 - $63.00
We spent five nights at this campground while visiting my daughter who lived near downtown Seattle. You can't beat the location. Some freeway noise. There is a market within walking distance. Yes, it is parking lot camping but we were gone all day and only came back at night to get some rest. Front office staff was very helpful. - pb24

The campground is beautiful. If you are looking for a resort type place this is not it, but if you want to get away from the city and in tune with nature, this is the place. I believe that most of the time the campground is used for retreats and such so it's a bit rustic. There are about 8-10 RV sites; all are on gravel, except for site #1. The office staff and camp host are wonderful people. We were camping for 3 days before we paid our bill, as our timing was out of sync with the office staff. She didn't seem to mind, as she was so easy going. Our campsite's 30-amps was not working and the camp host, Andy, let us borrow a 50-amp to 30-amp converter. Thank goodness he had one, it's now on our shopping list. The grounds are spectacular and peaceful. Deer roam the campground; we saw a 2 point buck, a few does and yearlings, and fawns. There are trails through out the park. The place is incredible. My husband used the bathrooms and showers, I choose not to. They were clean, but old. He said they were OK. Most mornings it was raining and I didn't want to walk through the wet grass to the facilities. WiFi was excellent, no cable, some on-air channels, no laundry facilities. There are cabins that can be rented, plenty of tent sites, and a wonderful playground. Improvements to the park are all done by donation. It's about 30 minutes from Bellevue, 25 minutes to Issaquah, 25 minutes to Snoqualmie Falls. We would stay again in a Nano-second. - Living the Life
Aug 2015 - $38.00
Grassy large sights set among the trees at this small campground 2 miles off I-90 in North Bend. Only 8 sights, but not busy during the week since this is a Lutheran retreat area among the pines. Full hookups, but no TV. Very quiet and restful place with some nice trails to walk through the woods. Road getting in is a little narrow in spots for large motorhomes, but it can be done. Will definitely stay here again. - b7xv
Jul 2015 - $30.00
This is a great little "no frills" campground. It is a wonderful place to enjoy the beauty of nature, with full hook-ups for your RV. The sites are in a grass meadow. If it is full, which it rarely seems to be, your RV is very close to your neighbor's, similar to a parking space. However, if it's not full, they will spread out the RV's to allow for lots of space between them. The camp is surrounded by forest with tall trees, so finding satellite reception is not easy from all sites. We had to move around to get it. The camp hosts and management are very nice and helpful. There are walking trails, streams, and wildlife to enjoy. The only reason I didn't give it a 10 rating is that there's no pool/spa and no enclosed pet area, so dogs must be leashed at all times. If we're ever in the area, we will definitely return! - ADMD
