Sep 2017 - $39.00
We loved it because it is very wooded, lots of room between sites and privacy with lots of bushes and trees. Only 49 sites. Probably not a good spot for a huge motor home. Too many tree branches not huge sites. 2 tokens for showers. Takes a while to get hot water. We really enjoyed our stay. - Ncogneeedo
Aug 2017 - $40.00
We just completed our 4th annual weekend at Manchester. We keep going back because we love the large, private, wooded sites and the how incredibly quiet it is! Nice place to walk along the water, watch the ferry come and go explore tide pools. - Mksea
Jul 2017 - $35.00
This is a small state park on the water, not far from Seattle. It is clean and well maintained. Privacy is fairly good, with bushes/shrubs between spaces. There is a small beach and a number of hiking/biking trails. I stayed here for a couple of days. - Dan C
Sep 2017 - $20.00
Great spot for Elks members only. Can't beat the price. 30amp and water only. No onsite dump but there are clean restrooms (no showers). Very friendly folks! And great view from the lodge. - Ridingwithclyde
Aug 2016 - $20.00
This is an Elks members park.
The grounds are beautiful! It was quiet and peaceful here, we ended up extending our stay.
Water and 30 amp only.
Free dump at the fairgrounds about 3 miles away (hard to find).
Be sure you follow directions carefully to the lodge... Pine RD NE.
The ferry from Bremerton to Seattle is about 8 miles away, but easy access.
We would stay again. - Edwards-JV
Aug 2015 - $20.00
Nice location, gravel surface, sites not too spacious but we had no one on either side of us for the 3 nights we stayed there. A couple of non-Elks groups used the picnic facilities adjacent to the RV parking but they were gone by dark. Friendly staff in lodge. Water and electric at site but no dump. Couldn't get level on Site #9 so chose #8 instead. - RVtravelers2
Sep 2007 - $20.00
A nice park. Has gone through a lot since the flood in 2006. Still seems to be picking up the pieces. - cnelson
Aug 2017 - $36.00
The Office and the C.G are 300' away with the HWY between them. No Interent in the C.G and very poor at the office. Only one pit toilet for 12 RV sites and 15 tent sites at the C.G. - summerdude
Mar 2011 - $30.00
We reserved 4 nights here and was very disappointed. It turned out to be nothing more than a vacant lot with hook ups and an (unmaintained) portapoty at one end. Most of the other people that was staying there looked like lowlifes. There were trash piles throughout the park. No signs of any kind of maintenance at all. The RV park was across the highway and about 50 yards down from the resort where you needed to go to use a real bathroom or shower. They were dirty and lacked toilet paper or paper towels. Again unmaintained. While checking in we got the feeling that they could careless and we were just a nuisance. Very unfriendly. - richnjoy
Oct 2017 - $20.00
Was the start of 2 week trip, and very close to visiting my cousin. Camp ground has a lot of picnicking areas, boat launch, huge dock for boat this place must be busy during the Summer most things are closed for season. Campground is close to town, ferry ride to Seattle. My site had no hook ups, dump station is on your way out. Site was level, with lots of trees. As you have read, some sites are occupied with questions, host was not really around, or helpful during my visit. This is not a destination camp ground, but convenient. - NXTSTOP
Apr 2017 - $20.00
Only one site has hook ups. The RV dump station is closed. The park employees are not enforcing the park rules of a 10 day limit. The park employees are not checking sites for who has paid and who has not paid. It appears that a homeless encampment is sqautting on the only site available with hook ups. - MrRigdon-17
May 2014 - $32.00
We heard a lot about this place from other campers that post on RV Park Reviews. This camp ground was packed to the brim, dogs-kids every where and boy was it noisy--fun as hell to be around. The park offered a lake access below where we were parked and there was a lot of games going on on the beach. We will for sure be coming back again next year. - kara9
Sep 2014 - $30.00
A bit old world but very nice. Location is excellent. Right on the lake. No sewer and no cell nor wi-fi but great camping. Most spots have trees in the way of satelite too. Boats and paddleboats to rent. Fishing from the dock. Only a few sites would work for a 30 - 40 foot rig so ask. - Kirt
Sep 2018 - $48.00
Well maintained camp. The site was spacious and utilities worked well. The bathrooms were very clean and coded. The laundry was bright and reasonably priced. 1.75 for wash / 1.50 for dryer. There was a really nice sitting area in the laundry room. - User3295
Sep 2018 - $40.00
On the good side. Nice forested sites, very large with easy access. Quiet and peaceful, no road noise at all. Very dark, I was a bit surprised that the park has no lights at all, be sure you have a flashlight with you!. On the down side, this park was way too expensive for what you get. Our site had power and water, no sewer, no cable, no Wifi. But they charge as much as full service locations. Parking was dirt, no grass or gravel. The dirt and mud and pine needle got everywhere. - Mikeflys13
Dec 2017 - $43.00
This park was more like a true "park" than a RV campground. Very wooded, all back-in sites, and due to trees and brush, you'll most likely need help getting backed in without scraping against something. Just 30 amp power, no cable TV (but broadcast channels were adequate) and their water fittings were not heated or insulated (I made sure that we disconnected the night before, as temps were into the twenties). A half-mile from the freeway, with a Pilot gas station / McDonalds next to the on-ramp, and an Ace Hardware store nearby where you can easily fill up your propane tanks (just drive into the lumber yard section on the west side, and loop around to the east side exit - easy with a big rig pulling a car). If in the area, we'd probably stay here again just because it was so private and relatively close to what we were doing (touring the state capitol, visiting the Nisqually National Wildlife Sanctuary). The only discount they give is to military. Nice little store, propane on-site (we had to go elsewhere, as we departed before the office opened). - coffeetime
Aug 2017 - $20.00
Elks Members ONLY. Grass sites. Good WI-FI, 30 amp elect Only. Quiet area, Private Golf Club next door(Elks RV Members welcome-Get Pass at Elks Office) Pool and Showers at Elks. Very friendly Office and Host. Service near by. DUMP on Site. Fresh water available a dump area. Will return. Good spot to visit Seattle. - silverado
Aug 2015 - $15.00
The sites are wide and there is a pool and showers. However, after we got our motorhome leveled off and slide outs extended we discovered that there are NO WATER connections at the sites. All plastic pipes above ground have been broken at each site. Camp Host offered no realistic explanation, nor was there a note in the sign up box to that effect. There is a fresh water spigot near the dump station, but who knew we needed to fill up before setting up ? There are showers available for use but they're not in great shape. We will not return to this Elks Lodge unless the water issue is corrected. - RVtravelers2
Sep 2014 - $15.00
30 Amp with Water and easy access Dump station. Showers available when the pool is open or just ask and they will let you use them. Grass spots with enough room that makes it comfortable. We eat Sunday breakfast and had dinner a couple of times. They have a golf course next to them that is private but they have an arrangement so that if you are staying there you can use it. Swimming pool available showers are available in the pool house if you ask.
I can only give an overall grade of 8 to any site that does not have sewer connection at the pad. But other than that this is a 10 site. - Gilbert & Gail
Jul 2017 - $25.00
This is mainly a place to stay in a big city, and it's reasonable for a city. There are 7 backins with electric, sewer and water. It is difficult backing into the spots because the whole area around the lodge is hilly. It is very close to SeaTac Airport, planes flying overhead constantly, but it does quiet down pretty good in the middle of the night. Wifi doesn't work in the RV's but there is wifi in the building. No cable, but being in a town there are a lot of channels with the antenna. Water pressure was good. - Ginny H
Sep 2016 - $25.00
This is camping for Elks members only . I consider this urban camping at its best. We stayed here five days; it was convenient to relatives house and also attractions in Seattle. If at all possible try to get the sites further back from the main street traffic; traffic is somewhat steady till late in the evening. There's also some walking residents that cut through the parking lot from the apartment complex behind the Elks Lodge. Sometimes you question first impressions, but there were no issues with anybody and everything was quiet and safe . I did ask the bartender inside the Elks, if they'd ever had any issues with vandalism. He said in the three years he had been there he had not experienced any so that was a good sign. Remember to call ahead as there are only eight sites there and it seems like people tend to stay for longer periods than what I normally see. I would try to get sites one through five if possible. There was a vacancy when we got there on a Friday which worked out for us, but nobody left till we left five days later. All utility hookups are in back of your parking spot which is a back-in, so plan accordingly. You may need longer sewer hoses, water hoses etc. but everything worked fine for us. I would say this, if you plan on camping here make sure you are comfortable with backing up in tight spots on a incline. Your spots are level, but you're on a grade backing in; tow car hook up and disconnect can be an issue. We used the fire lane for a short period of time. I would stay here again if in the area. - monaco cruiser
