New management that decided to treat members as second class citizens because we only paid $1/night as Platinum members. (BTW, we pay over $350/year dues to Sunrise Resorts). She said they didn't have a pull-through site. She lied, there were 6 sites in the two rows in front of us for several days and did not have anyone occupying them, and this was during the 4th of July week. We were put in a site where the traffic was loud, no security from the park across the freeway walkway. Water pressure dropped dramatically during peak times, I measured 25 psi. Site in the 300's are very narrow, we woke in the morning to an RV that parked during the night and was only 6 inches from hitting our rig. Lots of long termers who do not follow the rules of keeping a clean camp site. Twice a week, they water down your RV with the sprinkler system, but won't let you wash your own vehicle....make no logical sense. Oh forgot, the trash dumpsters were way full all the time....laundry was dirty. The swimming pool is disgusting, my PH test strip showed the water to be way out of balance, I wouldn't dare get in that water. Had power voltage fluctuations. This place has lost our business until there is new management, and we will not ever recommend it to any of our friends. The best tip I can give anyone is to find another RV park in the area. This place does not deserve your money. We camped at Sunrise Resorts-Pier Four in a Motorhome.

Stayed at Sunrise Pier 4 in a 45' motor home. Sites are very close together, pull thrus are short in length causing campers to park vehicles in lanes fronting campers. Easy access off I-90, which also means you'll hear the road traffic. Many campers living in park full time, busy on the weekend since campground is directly on Moses Lake. Bath house showers have mold, laundry adequate. Pool small for size of park. The park overall is run down and needs attention; many electrical problems, sprinklers leaking, asphalt buckling, etc. Our original site assigned did not reveal adequate 50 amp service. Informed office, they sent over park electrician with a different amp meter, he checked amperage and stated "you should be OK". Did not offer to relocate us; ended up losing two a/c units and hot water due to low amperage. Informed office staff of situation, no resolution, we had to request a different site. (Management did not address electrical issue on problem site, and placed a large 5th wheel on it immediately after we left.) Ended up having to extend stay awaiting motor home repair; luckily we only lost a transfer switch which burnt out due to low amperage based on our mechanic. Prior to departing noticed we were overbilled on credit card by park staff. Again, no resolution, called us ''rude" when it was clearly their mistake. Only after contacting Sunrise RV Parks corporate offices was the situation resolved and credit card overcharging refunded. As a full time RV'er, have camped all over the country; this was by far the worst campground we have ever stayed at and will not return. We camped at Sunrise Resorts-Pier Four in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Moses Lake is a quaint, friendly town with a nice sized lake surrounding it. Good restaurants/choices, a few microbreweries, and shopping (Walmart, Home Depot etc.)

This is the one and only time we will ever stay here. Sites are so small you're packed in like sardines. Management doesn't know how to fit your size coach into the space allowed. It appears there is favortism for the better spots. After the holiday no one has went around to pick up trash left behind. We have talked to quite a few members and non members who are very unhappy about how this park is managed. They water twice a week and warn you to put everything up that you don't want wet. Your stuff still gets wet on top of the picnic table. They won't adjust the sprinkler heads properly. You must dry off your coach to avoid water spots because it's lake water. I could go on and on... my experience here was a very unpleasant one to say the least. We camped at Sunrise Resorts-Pier Four in a Motorhome.

Arrived late in the day, they would not honor Passport America rate, but would honor our Coast to Coast. PA rate also included a $4.00 "resort fee". First of all, this is probably the most noisy RV park we have ever stayed at over the last 20 years. Phone service was poor for some reason, WiFi was useless, all amenities were shut down and our cable did not work. Were planning to stay an extra day, but could not wait to leave. Left early in the morning, around 0830, got a call on the cell phone a couple of hours later while in Oregon. The manager said we did not pay the "resort fee"; without argument, we said, fine, just put it on our card...$4.00 wasn't a big deal, but it wasn't right! Got home to find out that the card was charged for $5.00, still not a big deal, but it was the principle. Having shopped at the local Walmart, I would highly recommend that location over this rip off any day of the week! We camped at Sunrise Resorts-Pier Four in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a member owned park which is quite old. The sites do not accommodate larger rigs unless you are a member. We are Coast to Coast members and were put in a site usually used for small trailers. The main problem we encountered was a general cold atmosphere aimed at non owners. We found the rules selectively enforced such as pets on leashes. I will not stay here again and if I could get my money back, I'd leave early. We have been camping for over 30 years and I don't recall this unwelcome feeling from any other park. We were given a site under the trees near the boat ramp. These sites were horrible for large rigs- we have a 40 foot rig with a towed vehicle, the sites aren't marked well, have really low branches and low wires overhead. The way she told us to exit was impossible with REALLY low hanging trees, luckily we were able to leave by a different route. The whole area was gravel and extremely ugly. It was only for one night, thank goodness! They had a REALLY nice side for the Rv's of part timers with grass and open areas, but it was full - it was like night and day between the two sides!!! We will never be back to this park again! We camped at Sunrise Resorts-Pier Four in a Motorhome.

This place is a zoo!!! We arrived in the afternoon and paid for 2 nights. Upon finding our assigned spot, we were greeted with "party central" and decided to go on down the road. People were crammed in everywhere like sardines. Loud music was playing everywhere. The hosts reeked of cigarette smoke as did the office. They have a sign in the office there are no refunds, so we didn't even try to get our money back. A lesson learned--drive through the park before paying. It cost us $80 and we went down the road!!!
