Nice campground located on a lake fed by the Columbia River. No Wi-Fi, but good Verizon wireless connection. No sewer but a dump station is available. No cable or OTA TV channels. Marina inside the park but no boat rental. We camped at Daroga State Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Very nice small park on the Columbia River. Grassy sites with plenty of room. Paved roads and parking pads. Swim beach, volleyball, tennis, basketball, boat launch. Great views. Only caution is if you have a large rig the pull through sites are narrow and can be difficult to get into to. We got our 40' MH into site 21 but it was a challenge. Some of the curves on the interior roads are tight as well. We camped at Daroga State Park in a Motorhome.

My family and I stayed here along with many other families during my sons end of the year baseball tournament. It was a great place to come back after a day at the fields and swim and jetski in the river. Well kept park, lots of grass to throw the ball around/lawn games, sites were open to one another but it didnt matter considering it was the families of the team all right together. We camped at Daroga State Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Rate needs an extra $6.50 if you reserve online. Beautiful!!!! Right on the banks of the Columbia River. Boat dock, HUGE day use area. Green grass all around. I would not recommend anything over 36 feet. One or maybe two sites could take a 40+ footer. Super park. We camped at Daroga State Park in a Motorhome.

Absolutely beautiful park. We loved it so much that we and a few others in our group stayed an extra night. The scenery was beautiful, nice little area for the kids to play and swim, bathrooms were kept clean (although you have to keep the door closed so it got really hot in there). We did not have to deal with any bugs. We were a bit surprised in the am when the sprinklers went off and started getting us and our site wet. We quickly got large bowls, pots, and anything else we could use to cover them. We will definitely stay there again, however we will bring extra buckets and bowls to cover all the sprinklers around our site when we arrive so that our things don't get wet. The camp hosts and staff were very friendly and helpful as well. Love this park! We camped at Daroga State Park in a Tent.

If your GPS tells you to take Shop Loop Road, IGNORE THIS! Just drive until you see the signs for the park. This is a BEAUTIFUL park! I can't believe this park isn't already in the database! This park does not take reservations, it's first come, first serve. The ranger explained that although the State operates the park, the local County owns the land. There are several state/county parks in this area that have a reservation system, and the county that owns this land wants to keep this as a "last resort" park in case the others are full. That is the reason reservations are not allowed. Well, for a LAST RESORT park, it is gorgeous! The park is spread out. The tent area is way over there, the RV section is way over in another area, and the two beautiful group camp areas (with large pavilions) are a half mile down the road. The RV section has great spacing! Each camp site has a lot of acreage to it. Water and electric only, but there is a "community" dump station. If you camped there your dumping is included. There is a tent pad in each RV space, but the tent pads are kind of "blended" into the grass. If you are camping in the RV section and have a tent, best to ask park staff where the tent can go. If you are tent camping and want the actual tent section, you park in a specified parking lot and "hike it in" to the tent area, which is out on an island. The park provides little carts for you to pack your stuff out to the island. There are lots of trees in the tent area, plenty of shade. Each tent space has plenty of acreage. The park also has a great boating launch, and a good beach area for lake swimming. If you don't carry a satellite, you can barely get a FOX channel over the air, nothing else. Verizon Air Card worked great here! I'd give this park a 10 but the only downer is the power lines that run through the park in the RV section. You wake up to beautiful peaceful scenery, and the lovely sound of snap and crackle. We camped at Daroga State Park in a Motorhome.
