This "Park" has gone down hill. Things look nice on the surface, good landscape and clean facilities. But what you don't see is the problem; there is a driveway between the RV park & a rock quarry, guess what, they slam landscape sized rock around with heavy equipment both day and night, starting as early as 6AM! They also think it's funny to jake brake & honk coming & going! And if the earth quakes they make don't get you, the noise from the highway you are literally backed up to by maybe will keep you awake! Oh, did I mention the rock quarry NOW SELLS FERTILIZER, fish and all types of manure, as advertised, so if you are lucky enough to camp here between March and thru the summer you will get a big whiff of well, you guessed it, POOP! Some days it sour, (you DO NOT want to sit outside) other days it's fishy, and others, well just poop! Oh yes, and rates just went up too, so monthly rate from May thru October runs $1200 per month! Don't worry though, it goes down in the winter but then you pay electricity which runs right around $200! As for customer service there is NONE, sure you can leave a message and they might get back to you, maybe even pour on a bit of sugar to get you, but once you get in, complete JERKS! They do not have a good maintenance team, they juryrig things and you get power surges. SO definitely use a surge protector. For long-terms stays, it's a month in advance, even during peak season when they charge by the week, however, the $1200 is due the 1st of every month. This isn't a resort! There is nothing more than 3 washer and dryers, a pool room (cue and ball) that can only be used when office staff is in or you've reserved the space. You have to cross a major highway (Bainbridge Island Ferry Traffic, ALL DAY) to access the pool room and laundry. That's all on the mobile home park side of the highway. Also this park in on a reservation so they don't care if things are up to code. There is NOTHING here for kids, unless they want to smell pot smoke! All spaces are back-in. The only good time to stay is Winter, you will have to pay between 650-750 plus nearly $200 for electric. There really is NOTHING 100% nothing to do for children. It's good for a place to sleep, and go. This place charges like a resort, they got greedy and now many if not most all long-term tenants have gone. We camped at Cedar Glen RV in a Fifth Wheel.

Cedar Glen Management, owner at Cedar Glen RV responded to this review

Yes, we are located next door to PME Construction which does sell gravel and topsoil. We are not sure what you mean by day and night as they are only open during business hours and closed on Sundays. We are located right off of highway 305 which is used to get to the Bainbridge/Seattle ferry. You are incorrect about our Peak Season rates as we do not offer any monthly rates in the summertime. Our rates are competitive to this area and are structured per GoodSam’s direction. We welcome all future guests to check our website for full details. In our Off-Season guests are billed by Puget Sound Energy, not by us. Our laundromat was fully remodeled the first week of April and we feel for being a small RV Park of 38 sites this is plenty large enough for the traffic flow. Our staff strives to have excellent customer service but they also have policies to uphold that some guests do not agree with. We would like to remind you we have been privately owned and operated since 1969.

As mentioned in other reviews, this park is right along a very busy road. It's the corridor to the Bainbridge Ferry to Seattle. That said, we found the park to be immaculate. Our site backed right up to the road and though we heard the road noise it wasn't a huge impact. Satellite hooked up, good Verizon signal, and wifi was adequate. We camped at Cedar Glen RV in a Motorhome.

Fresh water hook up at ground level within 4-5 inches of sewer dump and lower than sewer dump. Toilet paper on ground around hookup. Coincidentally we ended up very ill a few days later. Can't believe the city approved it. Never, ever seen anything like it. There is a busy highway between RV park and office/registration. Very difficult to cross and turn on to highway. Some of the campers very rude. Wifi didn't work and was told it was out for a full week recently. The wifi connection provided didn't even show up as an choice. We camped at Cedar Glen RV in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

This is a nice, small RV park. Long, wide packed gravel pads. Good utility hookups, small patch of grass between sites, but no picnic table. Couldn't get the wi-fi to work but Verizon signal was strong. Restroom was older, but clean. Didn't use so can't comment further. Host was very friendly and helpful. Most of the 25 or so spots appear to be filled with long term campers. If you need a spot here, I would suggest reservations. The only negative is that it is right by the main road. The row of sites in front along the road get quite a bit of road noise, although there is a fence and trees that buffer it somewhat. There is another section across the road which is the mobile home park. There is a laundromat there per signage at the RV park, but I did not check it out. Doesn't appear to be much choice for RV accommodations in the area, so I would stay again. We camped at Cedar Glen RV in a Truck Camper.

Overall Rating:

We stayed 4 nights here. Agreed with other reviews it is quite noisy from the traffic on 305 but that was the only negative remark I have. The camp hosts were very friendly and willing to help with anything. The camp is neat and landscaped nicely. Large gravel pads with grassy areas with plenty of room for your tow. Did not use their Wifi but it was available and was able to have good cell phone service. OTA got about 40 channels but a little choppy. Water pressure was wonderful. Ferry to Seattle was 6 miles down the road and is $8.20 round trip which was super convenient. We would definitely stay again. We camped at Cedar Glen RV in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

There is shopping in Poulsbo (Safeway, Home Depot, Walmart, etc) A must stop is the Central Market in Poulsbo! Could have spent hours in there!

This was our first stay at this park. It is a simple park with all the necessities, with no extras like a pool etc. The park is well kept, and the on-site camp hosts/managers are friendly and attentive. They also run a tight ship, as there are many kids in the park that live as long term stays. The kids are well behaved and stay away from other vehicles with their bikes and toys. The WiFi is totally inadequate, almost not usable, although in the early morning hours you can get the basics done. We stayed on the side away from the main highway, and noise was not a problem. I know those who stay next to the highway complained about the noise. The highway is VERY busy, and can be a challenge to get out of the park at certain times of the day. Overall, we loved the park, it served our purpose and the price was reasonable for the local and the amenities. We camped at Cedar Glen RV in a Travel Trailer.

Easy access from HWY 305, the road from Poulsbo to Bainbridge Island. The campground has a wide central road with campsites on each side and parking for the tow car in front of the RV. The utilities are well placed and work well. The campground is neat and clean. We found the staff to be helpful and friendly. We camped at Cedar Glen RV in a Motorhome.

Small park, but not much available in the area. We spent two months. Backed up to Hwy 3 and had some road noise. Not bad at night. Clean sites and medium in size. We would stay again. We camped at Cedar Glen RV in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a nice, clean park. The full time residents (95%) are all friendly. The negatives are lots of road noise, day and night. The park sits on the road to the Seattle ferry. Also, there is a 4 page, double sided, fine print set of rules and a two page registration form. They are trying to keep the undesirables out, but have overdone it. This park is not designed for an overnight stay. If you are looking for a long term stay in this area, I would recommend this park. We camped at Cedar Glen RV in a Fifth Wheel.

I had a very bad experience living a long period of time in this park I have been in many parks over the last 9 years, and this one was the only one I would mark off my list twice!! The owners are very unprofessional and nasty. They have a need to rule! I am not the only one who has had this experience, Unfortunately there are limited RV parks in this area. I won't ever be back there. We camped at Cedar Glen RV in a Fifth Wheel.
