I've been RVing now for nearly 12 years and have been to numerous campgrounds. This might very well be the worst one ever. I was stuffed into site 66. I had to back into the site in a contorted-like fashion . Glad I had lots of leveling blocks. I used them all. There was no access to the coastline within a reasonable distance. However, I'm giving it 2 stars because the staff was nice and the Olympic Discovery Trailhead was just 3 miles away. We camped at Diamond Point RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Older park, 30 amp only, booked out for the weekend. We had asked for a pull through, got a back in. Limited cable & WIFI. Upper camp has tight quarters, lower camp is a bit better but still close. Camped as a member and would again. We camped at Diamond Point RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

This is a very nice campground with amenities that most don't have (hot tub that actually works, horseshoes, mini golf, pickle ball, basketball, shuffleboard and organized activities) The sewer problem mentioned by others has been fixed. The sites are long and level, but not overly wide. The landscaping is mostly natural. In general the maintenance was alright. Our Dish satellite worked well, but they do offer cable for $3 per day. Their wifi is available for an additional charge. We used our own Mifi, but that didn't have very good reception. This is a very quiet campground except for a rooster that crows now and then. We camped at Diamond Point RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

They have pull through and back in sites; ours was a back in and very small; next door's utilities too close; barely enough room to put out awning. FHU with good electric and good water quality. Had cable but cord was cut from septic work and not fixed, so we had no cable. WiFi and phone reception very poor (they charged for their Wifi). Small clubhouse; charged for showers; no laundry. Big playground. No walking trails except around the Peninsula. No place to let dogs loose. We camped at Diamond Point RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

We planned and stayed at this park for 7 nights. When we made the reservations through RPI I verified we would get full service. But when we arrived they would not allow us sewer. This made the stay very uncomfortable for so many nights. If we were only there for a couple of nights it would not have been so bad. Poor communication between the park and RPI. Also the spaces in the area of the park they put us were very tight. Not even enough room to put out the awnings. We camped at Diamond Point RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

We used our RPI membership and stayed a total of 4 nights. While the address says Sequim, you are actually about 11 miles south of the town. Our only major complaint was the lack of a sewer hookup, with no laundry facility available. There were sewer hookups in about 30 sites, which seems to be where they put most people coming in on a discounted rate, but we were told not to connect because of issues with the county, which we found out had been the standard spiel for 3 years. Their website does say to arrive with empty tanks, but does not provide notification that you may be in a site where sewer connection is not allowed. Verizon cell service is spotty at best. Great little park near Sequim on the Olympic Peninsula. Very clean & private restrooms & showers! WiFi was very good. Spaces are a little cramped, but very workable. There are 2 restrooms and 3 showers. A better configuration might be 3 restrooms and 2 showers. We camped at Diamond Point RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

We drove up to Hurricane Ridge in the Olympic National Park. The views are amazing and worth the long windy ride. There are many trailheads for hikers. A trip to Port Townsend can be fun as well. Sequim has both Costco and Walmart, plus other shopping.

Both large and small pull thrus and back in sites. All sites gravel, level with grass and table. 70% of sites have no sewer and all sites have only 30 amp. Only a few small trees so easy access and satellite at most sites. Good wi-fi for $ day and channel cable TV for $ day. Very good Verizon cell and 3G. Kids playground. Staff helpful and friendly. Large club house with activities Friday and Saturday nites and weekend breakfasts during the peak season. No laundry facilities on site. Private membership park, K & M Resorts, but the cost listed is for ROD. They also accept RPI, C to C, AOR, and Passport. We camped at Diamond Point RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a membership campground and we pay nothing.

We have not stayed here in a few years and we are pleased to see the campground continues to be well maintained and quiet.

The WiFi is excellent. No problems logging on, no lag time. The campground is about 1/2 full. WiFi costs $1 per day per device. We camped at Diamond Point RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Rate reflects KM membership. Beautiful area, friendly staff, off the beaten path but easy to find. Dirt and grass sites, somewhat uneven, narrow and short. Sewer hook up was not available due to issues with county, dump site was somewhat easy to get to. We used our own wifi but it was pretty much non existent. We would stay here again when in the area. We camped at Diamond Point RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Th rate cited is the RPI rate. We were very happy with the park. 30 amps work for one air but it will trip the breaker if not careful. Managers are very friendly and helpful. Satellite works in the whole park. Spots can be a little tight but worked out fine. Facilities are clean and kept nice. You need a towed vehicle to get around. Good local bike riding. Would have given an eight but the Wi-Fi was poor to non existent for $1.00 a night extra. We stayed in a 40 foot rig with towed vehicle. We stayed seven nights. So much to see and do. We would stay there again. We camped at Diamond Point RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This is a good sized park with both large and small pull-throughs and large back-in sites, all long and wide. All sites are level gravel with good sized grass yards and table. Good gravel roads. Only a few small trees at the sites so no issues getting in or out. Outdoor enclosed heated spa. Good Wi-Fi for $1 day and 60 channel cable TV for $3 day. Very good Verizon cell and 3G signal, good DirecTV satellite signal. Deer browse and wander through park on week days. Full sized basketball court, mini golf putt-putt, kids play area with swings, etc. Staff helpful and friendly. Park and landscaping are well maintained. Large club house with activities Friday and Saturday nights during the peak season. You are allowed to wash your rig for $3. About 5 miles outside of town and 3 miles off Highway 101 and 20 miles to Olympic National park. I agree with a previous review – eat at Fat Smitty about 5 miles south on 101. We would stay there again. It is a private membership park, K & M Resorts, but the cost listed is for ROD. They also accept RPI, Coast to Coast, AOR, and Passport America. This park was a little difficult to find the first time. The park was very clean and the staff were kind and friendly. The park is located on a bluff near a private, homes built on the runway, airport. It was not noisy at all and it made for a very nice walk. They have deer that wander through at dusk and are tame enough that you can feed them bread from your hands. There were plenty of things to do for our kids and the clubhouse was nice too. We would go back to this park. The grounds are very well kept. If you visit this area, highly recommend Olympic Game Park. This is a must! We camped at Diamond Point RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

2nd review (see 7/10) after 5 visits. Beautifully kept, shower spotless. Hookups well place & work perfectly. WiFi not so much. Site a little narrow & funny angle to back in, but do-able. Only saw 1 deer while there. Lavender Festival weekend to place was packed, but still quiet & kept clean. Discovered "Fat Smitty's" on highway 101 south of town. Looks like a dive outside, but very cool inside & one of the best burgers you'll ever eat ANYWHERE. Try it! You'll be glad you did. We camped at Diamond Point RV Resort in a Motorhome.
