We paid for a week so not sure of nightly rate for shorter stays. The campground is clean. The area we stayed at was mostly gravel with wide roads and long sites. The sites in our area are very narrow, however, so the dump hose for the next site was right beside the steps to our trailer. Our biggest complaint was the lack of decent internet. We have been to campgrounds in remote areas with better internet. This park is in a built up area so there is no excuse for this. When traveling to a new area, internet is so important so you can get information on where to go, etc. We camped at 99 RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

This park is mainly permanent residents with a few spots for over night or short term use. If you want to stay here a reservation is a must. The site we had was a pull through long enough for almost any combination. The power and water connections were good. We did not get to use the WIFI as we arrived to late to get the security code. The park is good value with easy in and out. We would stay again but only overnight. We camped at 99 RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $17.00
Overall Rating:

This is not a destination park and has the negative of being just over a wall from I-5 but is very clean and well maintained. There is an assortment of site sizes and because it was formally a mobile home park, some of the sites have little storage sheds which can come in handy. The negatives: it is not the most aesthetically appealing park, there are a few too many speed bumps for my liking, the noise from I-5 is a constant. There are a few true back to back sites as well. The positives: it is clean and safe, very convenient to many things in the area and there is no train!
We have stayed here more than once to visit family and and plan to return. Verizon phone and 4G worked well. There are no picnic tables. We camped at 99 RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

This park is a trailer park pretending to be a RV park. Although there are no actual mobile homes in the park, it is occupied almost exclusively by permanent RV residents. I don't usually consider permanent campers a problem but the vibe was unsettling at this park. The pros for the park are that roads are asphalt and easy to navigate, management is friendly and helpful and it is convenient to Vancouver and Portland. The Cons are that it is a fairly depressing place to stay. There is nothing pretty about this park at all. Sites are gravel and extremely tight. The "pet area" is a weedy, ugly, patch of "grass" that my dogs would not go into. Thank goodness for the tiny patch of grass next to our rig, or we would have been in big trouble. Highway noise is constant and problematic; we felt like our bed was in the third lane of the highway. The best part about the park was leaving for day trips and getting away from it. Pickings are slim in this area, but use this park as a last resort. We camped at 99 RV Park in a Motorhome.

We had planned on spending the month, but due to a family emergency we had to leave early. This park is very convenient to Portland and Vancouver visiting. Our site was asphalt and pea gravel. Just fine for our purposes. The laundry room was very reasonable and neat. Bathrooms were well maintained. Staff and management were great as well as understanding of our situation. As stated previously the I-5, I-205 and 99 noise was an issue but only for a day or two. After that we hardly noticed. Park residents were very friendly. We camped at 99 RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

99 RV Park met our need for a convenient, safe place for an overnight. Management was very helpful and friendly. Most of the sites had long term occupants, but it was quiet and clean. There was some noise from Hwy 99, when outside, but not a problem in February and rain. The pull through sites were just gravel, but easy to access and did not require unhooking. We would stay here again when passing through. We camped at 99 RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a clean park with continuous traffic noise, though less at night.
Sites are long, narrow, non-level asphalt abutting concrete pads. Sites are separated by grass strips. There are some trees but little shade. Voltage is good.
Roads are asphalt in very good condition.
WiFi is strong next to the office. I measured 544.8 kB/s down. At my site at the edge of the park it was useless.
Verizon LTE works well.
Showers are clean but lack privacy.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
Laundry: 4 top-loaders ($1 cold, $1.25 warm, $1.50 hot), 4 dryers ($1 for 1 hour).
Rate is total with Passport America. We camped at 99 RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

This park has a very high percentage of permanent or seasonal residents, all of the sites are back in, the water pressure ran a bit high, but, the electricity was 50 amp and stable with voltages hovering at 119 volts, it is convenient to I-5 and I-205 but traffic is heavy oh hwy 99 which can make entering and exiting a bit difficult, we stayed her for 5 nights and id did make for a good base of operations as we explored the area. We camped at 99 RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

The short term sites are pull through and easy to get in and out of. The site was long enough that we didn't have to drop the car until after getting all setup.

Sites are gravel with room between sites for a picnic table but not much more. Good Verizon signal and no problem with satellite.

Very convenient to both I5 and I205, which is one of the reasons we like to stay here. Right next to the freeway, but there is a noise wall and we weren't bothered by road noise at all.

They stay pretty full, so a reservation is a good idea. We camped at 99 RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is the best RV Park in Vancouver. While it is mostly permanents, the residents have nice rigs and their individual sites are well kept. The park is spotless and is easy in and out with whatever size you have. It is a fine RV park for visiting Vancouver and Portland. It is within a quarter mile of both I-5 and I-205. They don't offer many sites for overnighters like me who stayed here for 3 nights so next time I will make reservations well ahead of time to be assured a site.
I will return. We camped at 99 RV Park in a Motorhome.

I don't know who has been reviewing this park but I suspect it is friends and relatives.

If you have a nice rig and want to stay inside and not use any amenities and are doing just an overnight, it is as good as Walmart except you have hookups. We were in site 100 which is on the main entrance road. The patio side of our rig was 4 feet from the main entrance road. All gravel. In the 300 or so sites we have been in this is in the lowest 10. On the good side, the check-in lady was nice. Also, it was easy to pull into the site and did not have to disconnect. That's it. no more positives. We camped at 99 RV Park in a Motorhome.

This park is probably 95% permanent residents. Spaces are adequate. Power worked fine. WIFI was very slow, even with 4 bars. Was told on brochure a water regulator was required because of high water pressure. With the regulator, pressure was very low. Stayed at this park because it had the highest rating for the Vancouver area. As stated, mostly permanent residents with a lot of clutter. Alright for an overnight stay.
