Columbia Park contains a modern 40-unit campground with electrical hookups and restrooms, boat and RV sanitary dump stations, a playground, a basketball court, one enclosed and one open-air picnic shelter, and picnic facilities. Columbia Park is probably best known for its boating facilities. A 4-slip marina is available for annual rentals, along with overnight docking for another 40-50 boats on 900 feet of harbor wall. Six boat launches and parking for 100 cars and trailers are available. A 70-foot observation tower and navigation beacon marks the harbor entrance. Campgrounds are on the water. Local restaurant (Jim and Linda's Lakeview Supper Club) is literally in spitting distance. Great Wisconsin Supper Club. This campground is mostly used for fishing and boating. There is a fish cleaning station in the campgrounds. You may climb up the seventy-five-foot Calumet Harbor Lighthouse, observation tower and navigational aid. - RV_Griller

This place is great in a pinch. We stayed here on Labor Day weekend, as we could find nothing else. Basically, you are camping in a parking lot with a tiny bit of grass. It worked in a bind, but, no amenities outside of basic utilities. NOTE: Basically, their website and others say that you can check in at night and on weekend, via a drop box. But, this has changed. If you don't get there by 3'ish, you are SOL. In their defense, they are working on an automatic system. But, during out visit, we saw numerous folks pull in and leave, after discovering a locked utility box. - Legends Of America

It's not a campground. Forget the amenities. In late Sept., even the bathrooms were locked. There are two rows of grassy and dirt pads out in an open field/parking lot. Electrical power is centrally located with two 50A plug ins, several 30A, the rest are 15A. If you don't get one of the central spaces, bring a real long power cord or you won't reach. Water is available at all sites. The odd thing here is the sewer. Someone with a travel trailer or 5th wheel whose black valves are on the back corner would not have a problem. If you are in a Diesel Pusher, with drains in the middle, forget dumping you tanks. On both rows the sewer intakes are on high ground. The slope of the pad puts your RV's sewer drain many inches lower than the parks sewer inlet. Do-do doesn't run up hill. The only thing this place has going for it is it's right in Fond Du Lac. Downtown is walking distance away. (note that the "other" Fond Du Lac listing on RV Park reviews is dislocated. It is actually several miles south of town). - whizbang
Aug 2016 - $63.00
Chose this campground as it was rated highly by a friend. Owner was arrogant, pricey for what you get. Had to buy wood to get a grill vs a fire ring.
Charged for showers: 3 minutes = 50 cents.
To clean fish: 3 to 4 dollars.
And 5 dollars to dump.
Only thing going for this campground was the view. Won't be back. - M and B
Jun 2016 - $52.00
Sites were unlevel and gravel. Owner made it plain there were no discounts honored. We stayed in pull-through, as we did not want to disconnect tow. Our area had porta potties that were in horrible shape and the smell was intolerable. Electric hookups were in very bad shape and tripped our breakers when we plugged in. Stayed here one night as we were on the road. Beautiful scenery right on the water, but had quite a bit of high grass. This is more of fishing/camping site. Showers and main building were in OK shape. - PTurn85

We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend, so we should consider ourselves to even find a camping spot on a holiday weekend. When we arrived (9:10 PM) the office at already closed (9:00) for the night. The problem is they do not have any kind of night check-in procedure unlike any of the 50+ campgrounds we have stayed at over the last five years. The office is located in the owners house, so they were quite upset that we bothered them after the office had closed 10 minutes earlier. After we checked in they gave us a map and wished us luck. We had to find the site ourselves in the dark because the "office was closed." Parking was challenging because the sites are very close together and the roads have very tight corners. The lake flies were absolutely terrible and swarmed around us by the thousands. We had a three night reservation, but left left a day early because doing anything outside was not pleasant. We did not try the bathrooms because the walk was too far with all of the lake flies. On a positive note, our neighbors were friendly, the power was reliable, the water was OK, and we had one of the few full hookup sites. Overall, we pretty much disliked the campground and would not stay here again. - User3641

This campground was IMMACULATE. You can certainly tell the owners take pride in their campground and service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our site was quiet and in the shade. We needed to do laundry so the owners put us up near the laundry and bathrooms. The bathrooms are immaculate even tho older. There was not one single cobweb to be found in the bathroom or shower area. The laundry room was very clean--$2 for wash and $1.25 to dry. This campground would be wonderful for families with children. There was plenty for them to do. Swimming pool, swim pond with large floats, jumping pillows, etc. The newer area doesn't offer much shade as the trees haven't matured in that area yet. Our site had plenty of mature shade trees. We thoroughly enjoyed our ice cream at the creamery the owners recommended just down the street. I would definitely stay here again and we don't have children. - gasolinebutt
Jun 2018 - $55.00
We really enjoyed our stay at this campground. It was a short drive off the freeway on a good road and a quite place over night. The access roads in the park were nice and wide for our big rig and we had a nice view of the small lake, plus it was open so we could get satellite. They seem to have sites for everyone from wooded to open to small and long. It was a quiet campground, although we were there during the week and expect it was much busier on the weekends with a lot of activities for kids. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful and you can tell that they want to run a good campground by the way they keep it up and try to do all they can to make your stay a good one. It is a little pricey, but we would without a doubt come back here as it was very comfortable. - Danni
Sep 2017 - $56.00
This park has no cable tv, wifi is not strong. Gravel sites mostly level. Park is crowded and very expensive. Owner was nice but insisted the rates were reasonable for how nice the park was. I am a full time traveler and never paid over $40 throughout most of the U.S. This park is no better then other parks for a lot less. This park is for the local weekenders. It appears to be geared toward kids and vacationers. Full timers stay away. Traveled roads and tight turns between trees. - Mike Mac
Aug 2010 - $22.00
Rate is PPA. Lots of kids, but if you have them, there's lots to do. Connections were poorly planned, and most hookups are in the wrong location. Fishing lake is just a stagnant pool of water in a field. Lots of permanent residents. This is a family themed park, with arcades, movies, outdoor areas, and pool. No Wi-Fi, except a pay log-in that we did not use. We would probably look for another park if in the area again, but was ok for a night. - Matt&Nessa

This is a very popular campground for local people with many families staying here for weeks during the summer season. We were staying here for a week during the PGA Championship tournament being held near Sheboygan. We were greeted at the entrance gate and were provided with information and site location from the gatehouse person (a very friendly college-aged woman). We had problems from the beginning as we could not find our electric or water hookups at the site. We had requested and paid for full hookups. In addition, the site was an interior, sloping site between transient sites and seasonal sites. While I waited at the site, my wife took our tow vehicle to the park office, about 400 yards down the access road. She returned several minutes later with the park's general manager who was very helpful in showing me where the "missing" hookups were: shared with several of the seasonal sites. I let him know that the site was unacceptable to us (which had been assigned by the phone rep when we made our reservations months earlier). He said he understood and assigned us to a far superior site near the center of the park and near all the amenities offered. The other negative was that the park had a plague of mosquitos! You could not leave your RV without repellent on. We left at the end of the week with bites all over us. For families the park may be a terrific place, with many, many activities for kids. It's also a NASCAR-themed park for people interested in that. We will not stay here again. - Jim J
Jun 2010 - $38.00
We reserved a spot here for our Spring Vacation. Even though we specifically requested a 50A site, upon arriving, we were put into a 30A one. The spot is slightly uneven, and is missing quite a bit of gravel. The water hookup is shared, and needs to be routed under the RV (It is readily apparent that this RV park (really cannot call it a 'resort') is geared towards 'seasonal' and/or 'permanent' residents - the majority of the spots are not available for a nightly or a weekly stay. Wi-fi signal is 50-70%, apparently requires $$, but the landing web site does not even come up. We were not able to use the Wi-fi; stuck with our Verizon Broadband card. DirecTV satellite is working well. In summary, extremely beautiful area, with tons of 'outdoorsy stuff' to do, but this park is definitely not a resort. If you will be using the park as a 'home base' to explore the area, mostly sleeping in your unit, a good choice; if you're looking for a nice park to stay around your rig & relax, we'd advise against this park. - k9amz
Jun 2018 - $45.00
It's been a rainy month. The campground was muddy and rutted off the narrow gravel pads and roads. Our sewer hookup was cracked and the sewer line was backed up. Narrow site, very level, tiny picnic table and fire ring had 2 enormous wet logs stacked in it. There is a full service bar on site. Not good value for money. - Brian n Barbara
Aug 2017 - $45.00
Narrow gravel road, grass sites, facilities look run down. OK for a stop over. - 36-DP
Jul 2016 - $32.00
We went for the EAA fly-in. It was 92 and the breaker to our campsite kept blowing. I don't know how many times we had to reset the breaker. Didn't bring generator as we thought we would have electricity. Didn't use showers or bathrooms but looked very down from the outside. Don't stay here unless you have no other choice. - NINA W
Sep 2018 - $50.00
This cg has new owners and the web address is wrong. Garmin will take you to a school in town. So enter the address as it is correct. We arrived mid-week and the transcient area was empty. This area has extra large sites. Pads are gravel overgrown with grass. The power pole and water hookup is at the street. These sites are backin. There are no pull thru's. We pulled in to put the hookups (50/30 amp power and water) on the correct side of our 43' coach. Most sites are not level. Each site has a picnic table and fire ring. There is no sewer hookup. There is a dump station by registration. The only restroom/showers are at registration. The registration/store is very well stocked. The pool is very nice and they also have a bar/grill. OTA tv has all the major stations plus. Satellite has zero obstructions. Great sunset views over Lake Winnebago. It is dark enough to see the Milky Way at night. There are many amenities to entertain children. The lack of sewer hook ups on the correct side doesn't support the cost. - rudy1
Sep 2016 - $41.00
We stayed one night on our way to Peninsula State Park, Door County, Wisconsin. We arrived on a Sunday evening and most camping spaces were vacant. Lots were very spacious. Only a few small trees in our area. We pulled into our site. No cable, no internet,no sewer. There was a distant view of Lake Winnebago. They have a pool which we did not use. We really liked the extra large dog park. However, if you have an escape artist he could get out in certain sections of the bottom of the fence. There was a large seasonal population in the wooded area. - Sunnie-Wheelhouse
Jul 2016 - $36.00
Lake View Campground was in a beautiful setting; however, I was very disappointed with the sites. Since we have a 40' Fifth Wheel, we were assigned site #130. Due to an embankment at the back of the site we were unable to fit! We chose site 126 and leveled up---but the slope was extreme. Some sites were level while others were worse than ours. Two piles of dog poop was on our site.
The wooded sites are the seasonal sites, and it appears that the open, grassy sites, where we stayed, are more like overflow sites.
By the way, the power and water in the Lakeview Circle Loop was at the front of each site.
We would not stay here again. - -Traveler-
Sep 2015 - $30.00
The water hookups in the area we were in were shared and not close to your site. We needed to purchase addition hose as it was 100' from our site to the water hookup. There is a restaurant/bar on site and the prices were very reasonable. The sites in the area were were in were very large but they offered no privacy. - F350John
Jun 2014 - $30.00
We paid for electric and water, but the spigot was not close enough for our RV hose length. No big deal, we were able to fill our tanks when we pulled in. Great campground, kid/dog friendly. Lots of mosquitoes, but that is not the campgrounds fault. We fogged our site every morning because we hate those buggers! Relaxing, beautiful time. Can't comment on the restrooms or shower; did not use. - veebs
Jun 2013 - $30.00
This park was a little difficult to find, but is very pretty setting. Lots of trees around, which makes TV reception a little iffy. For the price, I thought we should get cable TV and free internet, as well as a sewer on site. The only bathrooms within the park are pit toilets and the woman's was filthy. Hadn't been touched in a long time. Showers located at or near the restaurant, so we didn't use them at all. We are here for a wedding, so doubt we will ever be back here. If we are, I would look for a different campground. It's very pleasant and the sites are lovely, however. - mcleff
Jul 2018 - $50.00
We stayed for EAA Airventure. This park hits the mark where the important items are concerned. The roads are big rig friendly, and the water pressure is fantastic. Wifi is good too. Sewer dump station is on location. Sure it's not your typical "resort" but that's part of what we enjoyed. The campers here were friendly and not rowdy. The owner was very friendly & helpful. We had wonderful seats to watch planes fly over in a relaxed setting. - txtater
Jun 2018 - $26.00
The campground at Osh Vegas Palms Resort is kind of hard to review. It's not really a resort by any means but we had a pretty good week here anyway. Not having a clubhouse and activities and laundry room really doesn't bother us. The issue we had was the lack of a sewer hookup although they had an awkwardly placed dump station. The pullthru had 50amp electrical and water pressure that was so high we were glad we had a good pressure regulator. The pullthru was long enough that if we wanted to stay hooked up we could. We had a good line of sight for our roof mounted satellite dish. For this part of the country the rate isn't that bad, $185 for the week, so it is a park we might consider staying at next time in the area, especially if we remember there is not a sewer hookup and better plan for it. - Bob & Jo
Sep 2016 - $35.00
This is an RV park of last resort. They don't tell you what the rate is until you have already parked. Cash only. Was told rate was $50 per night - for a gravel spot with electricity and water. No cable, no sewer. They settled for less when pushed. Don't believe the sign which reads "Osh Vegas Palms Fabulous Resort"! - lilrvgirl
