We had a nice big grassy spot (14) back in. Lots of mobile homes around the outside for permanent residents, the 25 RV sites are on the inside. Water quality was good; electric good. Nice bathrooms and laundry room. No playground; no cable. They do offer WiFi. (cash or check only) Got some OTA stations with antenna pointed west to the mountain top, but even in the good area were pretty sketchy. Verizon service good. Only place to walk the dogs was on the sidewalk across the street. There are lots of RV Parks in Cody but this one was the least expensive, and very nice. I would definitely stay here again. We camped at Parkway Trailer & RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

This is a small park with mobile homes circling an area for RVs. Sites are back-in. Power is 30/50 amp. Good water pressure. AT&T doesn't work there, but you can drive into town and get it. Wifi is terrible; doesn't really work. It is convenient to the museum and Walmart. Owner is nice and lives on site. Room enough to park motorhome with toad next to it. We camped there in a 40' motorhome. As we rely on Wifi so much, probably would not go there again. We camped at Parkway Trailer & RV Park in a Motorhome.

We stayed for a few nights in order to get to the Museum. Called to make reservations and to ensure the water was still on and it was! Very nice owner. Told us if he wasn't there when we arrived to pick a spot and check in later on. Worked like a champ. Nothing extraordinary to mention about this park. It had what we needed. Satellite hooked up, verizon signal was good. Very convenient to the museum and Walmart is on the way home! We camped at Parkway Trailer & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Small RV and trailer park with mobile homes around the perimeter and RV spaces in the center. The park was well maintained and staff was very friendly and helpful.  Our site was spacious and had plenty of room for our slides plus a small grassy area with a picnic table. Full hookups with good water pressure. The park is off the main highway on the west side of town so easy access to everything in Cody. Wifi was weak and mostly unusable, AT&T only had 1 bar 4G service.  If visiting the Cody area this is a reasonably priced RV park in a good location. We camped at Parkway Trailer & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Nice young couple running the place. Wifi wasn't working, even for the owner, so he let us use his personal log-in. Mostly full-time residents. Nice grassy areas, but sites are pretty close. They will top off propane and not charge for a full tank and the price is reasonable. Pretty basic park, but we wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Tips for other Campers:

Although we didn't do the Buffalo Bill Museum and Whitney Gallery this trip, we have in the past and it's a can't miss. Of course, there's Yellowstone, which we also avoided this trip. Heart Mountain is a poignant stop, if you've never been there. Lots of things to see and places to eat around town. On the down side, the Proud Cut didn't measure up to past trips.

Overall Rating:

We stayed a total of four nights at this park in a 39 foot fifth wheel. The campground is small. There are a number of permanent mobile homes around the perimeter of the property that, if I am honest, stop this from rating higher. Having said that, we visited other campgrounds in the area and would choose this one again. The others lacked character and had a storage facility feel about them.

The location is excellent with a Walmart almost directly opposite and a great restaurant next door (Cassie's). The owner was very friendly and is obviously proud of his business. Facilities were clean. Washer and drier a bit on the pricey side.

The site was a pull through and was level. Decent space between sites.

Convenient to YNP.

I will return if I am in the area again. We camped at Parkway Trailer & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Arrived without reservations, staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of RV's in town and all campgrounds were full. Met our needs for an overnight stop after leaving Yellowstone NP. Would stay again if passing through the area. Not a destination campground. Good water pressure, open for satellite reception, did not try OTA. , and no cable. We camped at Parkway Trailer & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Cash or check only. Owner was friendly and helpful, the site mostly level gravel with grass buffer between sites. Neighboring site had three pipeline workers staying and one parked his noisy pickup almost at my front door, then came in late and left early in the AM. The major issue is power stanchion at site 18. My EMS constantly battled to maintain but lost the connection permanently the last night we were here to very high voltage, an open ground, and at the loss of our micro-wave unit. I had shown the owner the problem during the previous day and he replied that he has tried to get an electrician to come in for repairs but it has been months and he is still waiting. No effort was made to either put us in another site (CG was full every night) or try to repair the problem. Fortunately for us the only loss was the micro-wave with a huge white flash. I fully disconnected from shore power after the surge the last night and didn't try to reconnect before moving on. The CG is convenient to downtown Cody and great places to eat, museums and historical sites. When the electrical problem is repaired, the CG will rate higher and we would gladly return. We camped at Parkway Trailer & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a small RV and trailer park with mobile homes around the perimeter of the property and RV spaces in the center. The park was well cared for and clean and the guy who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Our site was gravel but level so we didn't have to unhook as we were staying here on our way to the Black Hills. Our site was spacious and had plenty of room for our slides plus a small grassy area with a picnic table. We had full hookups and the water was so good we went ahead and filled our fresh water tank. The park is just off the highway on the west side of town so easy access to everything in Cody. We were amazed at how quiet the park was that evening - no road noise and other campers and residents must have gone to bed as early as we did... I was able to walk the dog outside of the park and up a hill in the back via a dirt road. We camped at Parkway Trailer & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is not a large or fancy RV park, but it was clean and the owners were very nice. It's on the west side of town and almost across the street from Walmart. We stayed there for 3 days and would stay there again. We camped at Parkway Trailer & RV Park in a Motorhome.

For the money, this park is great. Long pull through sites, pretty level gravel, nice tables with growing trees, some big enough to give shade. Grass well maintained. Not fancy, but very clean restrooms and showers and nice laundry facilities. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Some long term campers here but neat mobiles and very friendly. Came for 3 days and stayed for 11! Would stay here again. We camped at Parkway Trailer & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

We stayed here one night. The space we were given was very close to our neighbors. No table and if there was, there would not have been anywhere to put it. The park has many permanent sites; most were well cared, some had clutter stacked outside. There was grass at each site. The restrooms and showers were clean, but not private. The grounds were clean. The lady in the office was pleasant but curt. No cable TV or Wi-Fi. There was an odor of sewer outside. We have stayed in much nicer state parks for less money. However for the location and the price, it will do for an overnight stop. We camped at Parkway Trailer & RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

This park is located in a trailer park. If you're looking for the nicer amenities of the average park, you won't find them here. But if you're looking for a cheap stay that has electrical, water and sewer, it might be the place for you for a flat rate of $20. We camped at Parkway Trailer & RV Park in a Motorhome.
