Initially, we planned to stay overnight on our way up to Idaho but after reading reviews, we thought we'd stay a few weeks to visit nearby lakes, Jackson and the Grand Tetons. Although a bit far from Jackson for frequent trips, we still loved Highline. There is a mix of guests, long-term and short, boon dockers and tent campers. Spaces are HUGE (length and width) with lots of green space. The pictures on the website are accurate. Trees are good size and washing facilities clean. The views of the Wind River Range are beautiful and unobstructed. It doesn't feel like the parking lot-styled RV parks typically found in busier places like Arizona and that's a good thing! Great value for stay. The staff is very nice, conscientious and can always be seen/found working around the park. We'd be extremely happy to stay here again. - RoamerswithHerbie

We reserved Highline Trail for 1 month based on previous reviews and were not disappointed. Our rate reflects a monthly rate. Highline Trail is located in a good spot to see and enjoy this part of Wyoming. The sites are very large, spaced well and all the hookups, especially electric were very good. Many sites have shade trees. There are a number of large green grass areas that almost make you feel as if you're in a park. The biggest problem for us was the wifi, which during certain hours was not good, and our Verizon service only showed 1 bar. Always good for voice communication but many times poor for data. The young owners are very nice, friendly and work every day to keep the park beautiful. - Skyrancher

Considering the location this is a 4 star. Otherwise a 3. Sites are very big, lots of room and spaced far apart. Staff is super nice. Road are mostly gravel done dirt. Sites are gravel. We’d stay again. - TRDAWG

Convenient to the highway; some noise but tolerable. No trees, so sunny and at times windy. Fishing a river was close, fishing lakes required driving but there were many to chose from - mostly dirt road access. The office person was friendly and accommodating. The WiFi was not good, but that was more a location problem than the park being willing to have enough we learned. Verizon worked okay for small tasks, but was similar when it came to streaming. Hookups were convenient; water very soft. - Lke

This place is a dirt parking lot with a lot of long term old beat up units. - James - Joanie

Not much changed since last person's review. The location in town is good, and it was quiet enough, but the many semi-permanent residents were not friendly, and spaces are very cramped. The showers are old and small, but clean. Our electric site was without electric, and the first site we were given was actually already taken. The laundry was horrible; 3 washers at $1 per load, but the dryer was $1.25 for 15 minutes. We only stayed minimal time. - JunebugW

Could go into a lengthy explanation of my experience. But, will only say that you should look very closely before you commmit. It is in an industrial area. Beer bottles were laying around the office on May 10th. Workers on an adjoining project are living on site in what appear to be permanent and very old trailers. I was directed to a "full hookup site" which had no sewer and no water. Owner stated that the "season" had not started. Large "dry/tent" area that I was told would be $18.00 per night. An employee and a lady who said she was "left in charge" were very nice. - ebrl97
