Check-in is at the grocery/gas station counter. They offer a Good Sam discount. We had a full hookup, fairly level, pull-through site in the centre of the campground where adjacent RVs park opposite each other due to the shared hookups. The sites around the perimeter have shared hookups as well, but are back-in and every other site will have utilities on the wrong side. Sewer and electric hookups worked fine, but the tap handle was missing from our water one. I reported this and the park offered to get someone out eventually, but I said I would put my vice grips on the connection myself and get it to work. For that I was given a discount on groceries in the store. The campground is all gravel with no privacy at all. No table or fire ring. The garbage bin is located near the showers and restrooms. No OTA TV. Satellite may be possible from some sites, probably from the furthest back ones. Wi-Fi wasn't available, but cell phone data coverage was good due to a tower next door. For the convenience of having gas and groceries nearby, We would probably stay here again, but only for overnight. We camped at Tags Gas, Food, and RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

The Sign Post Forest is a must see. Thousands of signs from all over the world; most from cities, individuals and some that looked like they were pulled from highways. The visitor centre building there was closed and a notice said it was now in the town recreation building. The Northern Lights Centre is interesting if you are into outer space and astronauts. Out at the airport is a replica WWII control tower made out of logs.

Mostly dirt and gravel surfaced with FHU pull through sites in the middle and back-in sites on two sides. Voltage and water pressure were good but no wifi. The RV's were spaced out and not crammed side by side since they were at less than half capacity. The small food service prepares a pretty good burger and fries. The sign post forest is located across the road. We camped at Tags Gas, Food, and RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

If you've ever visited NYC you're already familiar with the concept that places like this are just a spot to sleep and replenish your provisions. Nothing more. Basic amenities when you need to dump and take a nice long shower. Nothing fancy but it does the trick on the Alaska Highway. Don't expect anything fancy and you won't be disappointed. And yes, the sites are very tight. Watch your slide and awning and you'll be fine. We camped at Tags Gas, Food, and RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

It's still early in the season so not every thing is working well. RV park is located in a large gravel lot behind the gas station and store. Water and sewer weren't working when we were here so only had electrical 30 amp. Also no WiFi or cable. If you have two larger rigs parked next to each other I'm not sure both would be able to open their slides. Luckily the 3 RVers here could spread out a bit. Otherwise it might be a tight squeeze. Walked across the street to Signpost Forest and Information Center. Good for a one night stay. We camped at Tags Gas, Food, and RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Basically a large gravel lot behind their gas station and convenience store. The pull-throughs are long but if you are next to another RV with slides, you will be able to pass the salt and pepper to your neighbor if your windows are open. All pull-throughs are full service 30 amp. The back-ins are short and I think are only 15-20amp EW. There is no WiFi at the campground, but across the street at the Visitor Center they offer free, very slow WiFi.

While at the visitor center be sure to pick up the "The Last Great Road Trip" brochure which includes gas discount coupons along the AlCan. Tags gas station has the best diesel prices that I have seen since Dawson Creek.

Their convenience store is huge for a convenience store, though the Super A grocery store is bigger with a larger selection of produce and meats. If you are a fan of Sobey's Compliments products, check out Andre's Fresh Market, between Andrea's and Big Horn motels. There is a government liquor store. My rating of 'average' is because my expectations were low. This was simply an overnight stay to stock up on groceries. We camped at Tags Gas, Food, and RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This rv site is the worst we've seen, there was old building material, broken glass and other debris all over. The pull through sites were so tight the big units couldn't open their awnings. Some couldn't open their slides all the way. We found a back in spot on a corner so had decent space. We camped at Tags Gas, Food, and RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

AKA "Sign Post Services RV". Located behind the gas station right across the street from the Sign Post forest, this campground offers full hook up and access to showers, bathroom and laundry. Dirt and gravel roadways to sites, hook ups were designed to be shared, but with bigger rigs and slide outs that would be very tight. There were not a lot of units in attendance when we were there, so we were able to take the full area between posts.
Gas station had a decent sized grocery store as well as cafe. A quiet stop even though the Al/Can is just the other side of the building. We camped at Tags Gas, Food, and RV Park in a Truck Camper.

Rate shown includes tax. Site was a level gravel pull-through. Entire park is a gravel parking lot behind the store. All utilities worked fine. Restrooms have 2 washers and 2 dryers for each gender. There is also another laundry attached to the store. Cable TV has only 8 channels and they are mostly spotty. Wi-Fi did not work both times I tried it as there were problems with the router and store staff didn’t have a clue how to reboot the system. Sign Post Forest is just across the street. Good enough for overnight after a long day on the road. We camped at Tags Gas, Food, and RV Park in a Motorhome.

Typical Yukon campground, a large parking lot with narrow sites. Electricity was good, water pressure OK, Wi-Fi slow but reliable. They have a decent grocery store and reasonably priced fuel. The restrooms were very clean. From what we saw, the best campground in town. We camped at Tags Gas, Food, and RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Another mud and gravel parking lot with hook ups. Nothing to recommend this place and won't stay here again. Their advertisements show only their store and laundromat not the campground area. That should have been a dead give away. Staff is friendly, laudromat is large, but lots of foot traffic goes through the laundry to the store so the floor was dirty. Also $2.50 a load to wash and $2.00 for 12 minutes to dry. I would not stay here again and would rather boondock. We camped at Tags Gas, Food, and RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We gave this a somewhat higher rating because it had exceptionally clean restrooms that also had a washer and dryer inside them. The campground itself was just a parking lot - with dirt - and since it was pouring down rain - mud as well. The owners, however, were trying to make this a pleasant experience for campers with the exceptionally nice restrooms. There are metered showers, always an irritation for us. Since this campground was connected to a filling station, you also received a discount on gasoline for camping. It is an OK place for an "overnight" on the road to Alaska. It is right across the street from the Sign Forest and is located next to a small convenience/food store (that is very expensive). We camped at Tags Gas, Food, and RV Park in a Truck Camper.
