Looking for RV park close to Belgrade Montana where I can rent year round

    Please help me find a year round RV park in or close to Belgrade Montana moving there and need a spot for all year living with no giant increase in space rent

    Manhattan RV Park in nearby Manhattan advertises that it is open year round. The so-called RV park in Belgrade is an old mobile home park. Otherwise you may have to look down the road to Bozeman.

    Most parks are very busy right now. Just try to find one that has a lot of space between sites.

    Most parks in that part of Montana close in the winter. It is too difficult to keep the water and sewer from freezing causing costly damage and it is not cost effective to provide snow removal for one or two guests. Unless you are locked into using the RV it will be much more cost effective to find a seasonal rental of a home. There are many people who have homes they use as VRBO and Air BnB properties that sit vacant during the winter. The extra you will pay over and above the rent on an RV site will be made up by the significantly lower utility bills in a home over a poorly insulated and thermally inefficient RV.
