just starting out finding it very difficult to find a permanent rvv sites i hope i can get some great advice here

Would be helpful if you could tell us just where it is you are starting out from and heading to and what type of "permanent rvv sites" you are looking to find and where? There are a lot of really great folks on this forum who will be more than willing to get you started out in the right direction, etc. but we do need a little more to go on.
